Description:Hello, I have a private 2 bedroom apartment for rent in the Sunny Mission District. I also rent just the master bedroom or a private 1 bedroom apartment which you can see by clicking on my picture and scrolling down that page. The apartment has one master bedroom, a second bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The second bedroom has a large window which faces a small green area, queen size bed, and a custom-made mini armoire/​closet that locks for security. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/​St. Luke's Hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, a movie theater, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very close and convenient. MUNI /​ Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. Downtown can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by public transportation. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights, a weight bench, and of course, incredible views. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That is the closest shuttle pickup just in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there either for an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop at Stanford/​Palo Alto). Description:Remodeled 1/​1 condo just east of I-35 and a short drive or cab ride to SOCO and the downtown entertainment district. Our condo is located within a gated community just off of Riverside Drive in the up and coming South Shore District with ample free parking and a bus stop 1/​3 of a mile away. Mexican food and margaritas half a block away at Baby Acapulco’s, pizza and burgers at Draft Pick Sports Bar and a new food trailer court right around the corner. Unit features beautiful tile floors, a private courtyard facing the park with a partial view of the lake and access to the community pool and lakeside dock. Enjoy a drink while watching the famous Congress Avenue Bridge bat colony fly directly overhead every evening, mid-March through November. The queen bed sleeps two and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. I will consider hosting 4 guests for event weekends such as SXSW and ACL but prefer couples. Keep in mind that the one bathroom is accessed though the bedroom only so a small inconvenience for anyone sleeping on the sofa. It has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, granite countertop, toaster and coffee maker. Flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, wireless internet with printer. In-wall safe for your valuables. Unit is NON-SMOKING but smoking is allowed on back patio. Description:Hello, I have a 1 bedroom apartment that can be rented on a temporary basis anywhere from a couple nights to a couple weeks or possibly a little longer. I also rent out just the master bedroom or a private two bedroom apartment which you can see if you click on my picture and scroll down. The apartment has the master bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like taking a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/​St. Luke's hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, movie theaters, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very convenient! MUNI /​ Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights and a weight bench, and of course, incredible views day or night. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That's the closest shuttle pickup of the many they have around town in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there for either an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get you down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop in Palo Alto).
