Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern in facilities. My apartment is located on the first floor of the building with no elevator. Please bring your own indoor slippers to use inside the apartment, thank you ! A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the basement of the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, top of the line stainless cookware, utensils, dishware, glassware and a full private bathroom. The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius.
