Centrally located in the Paco District of the city of Manila, Makati, Ermita, Intramuros and Pasay are but a few kilometers away, and access to public transportation is easy. Description:This holiday home is a self catering house with 180 degrees sea views and is located 100 meters from the bathing area St James Tidal Pool. Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern in facilities. Twee Gevels (Two Gabels) is situated halfway between Kalk Bay and Muizenberg and offers a spacious and luxurious home optimizing the uninterrupted sea views while being in close proximity of all tourist attractions False Bay area has to offer. Twee Gevels is situated across the road from the beach with closest swimming area 100 meters away. The living areas of this grand old lady as well as three bedrooms offer sea views. A sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a library/2nd lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean. Open living spaces characterize this home with kitchen, lounge and dining room all flowing on to veranda with spectacular views. Main Bedroom: (Queen) offers 45 sq meters of space and en suite with bath, shower, wc, bidet and basin. Bedroom 2: (Queen) has private patio and en suite with shower, wc and basin. Golden vineyards, sun drenched orchards, beaches, silent forests, sweeping lakes and beautiful views make this region a delight, not to mention the wealth of entertainment and industry that Cape Town offers. There is something for everyone from shopping to fishing and adventure trails, swimming and sunbathing on the False Bay Coast. From Muizenburg to Kalk Bay is a busy main street with market stalls, antique shops, art galleries as well stalls on the pavements. The most notable feature of False Bay must be the golden, sandy beaches lapped by the clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The area has a fabulous selection of great restaurants specializing mainly in delicious seafood. The long Muizenburg and Fish Hoek beaches are but two of the safest in the Cape for bathing and bodyboarding and, when the wind picks up, hobie cats and windsurfers take to the waves. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! It's very clean and has things no hotel can offer. This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise. The other garden patio is fully lavished with greenery and a koi pond. If you're the physical type, there is a gym (free) for your use in the basement of the building as well as a laundry room (coin operated), vending machines and ATM as well. The Building and Neighborhood: This building complex has 125 units, mostly 2 bedrooms, but this is a special 3 BR Duplex with outdoor patios! This neighborhood is very lively after the sun goes down. The East Village has been heavily built up over the last 5 years and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. The East Village offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and a beautiful park. You can walk to Indian, Russian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vegetarian and American restaurants within a 5 block radius. If you're too tired and beat up from touring NYC and don't feel like going anywhere, you can simply order in and have anything delivered to the room (usually until 11 pm or midnight). And these little privately owned restaurants are MUCH better than midtown/tourist-trap food chain places. There are at least three 24/hr places to eat within 1 block. This building is one of only a few in the neighborhood that has a doorman and an elevator. About 95% of the buildings in the area are walk-ups. Your home away from home will provide the NYC experience not soon forgotten: the spectacular panoramic view of NYC on the roof deck (elevator and outdoor furniture up there), 2 private patios in the unit, a huge courtyard in middle of complex, about 50 restaurant/bars/cafe's within a 3 block radius and probably 500 within a 10 block radius.
