Built in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with modern in facilities. Description:This darling apartment right off of the 1st Street bridge is golden for it's location- a 15 minute walk to Zilker Park, home of the Austin City Limits fest, a 15 minute walk to the center of Austin's happening downtown, and in even less time your two feet can whisk you to the S. Congress boutique district. No worries if you don't feel like walking though, a parking space is included in the price of the rental, and there are a couple of bike rental shops nearby if you want to take advantage of Austin's bike-friendliness! My address is just steps away from several different bus routes as well (including a no-transfer line that drops you off hassle-free at Zilker/Barton Springs for $1). Also included is free wi-fi access, central air, automatic dishwasher, a television with DVDs (sorry, no cable!), and a shady BBQ patio shared by the small apartment complex. Additionally, there are coin-operated washer-driers on the grounds. I have a comfy queen-sized bed and a futon in the living room. Technically, you could have a 4th person sleeping here, but the futon is twin-sized, so someone would need a sleeping bag to crash on the floor (I have one ya'll can use if you want to squish a fourth buddy). I will have plenty of cookware for you, clean towels for 4 folks, and extra linens/pillows if you would like to take advantage of the futon. My place is clean, quiet (please, no parties! This posting is for use of an entire apartment with a private bedroom, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and 2 outdoor patios! This awesome apartment building has a killer roof deck with panoramic views of all of NYC and bridges. The building is manned with a 24 HOUR Doorman / Security. The PRICE is $ 200 / night (minimum 5 nights). If you would like it for Friday and Saturday nights and a total of less than 5 nights, it's $ 250/night for Fri/Sat nights, and 200/night for the other nights. If you would like it for 7 nights, it's 200/night for ALL 7 nights. The patio off the kitchen is just perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning with some sun which faces the beautiful courtyard with little to no street noise.
