Your entry and main bathroom rustic tile floors can be heated (for toasty feet when it's cold outside). Your open kitchen is ready for anything you may want to prepare. You have a brand new flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player, cable, radio, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. A lovely gas fireplace is awaiting your enjoyment creating beautiful ambiance during any activity. There is forced air heating in all rooms at your fingertips. It also has an indoor parking so you won't need to brush and scrape! The house is 10 minutes to Berkshire East Ski Area and Notch View Reservation for cross country skiing. Southern Vermont ski areas such as Mt Snow and Sunapee are an hour's drive. The house is ideally located close to Smith College and all of the shops, restaurants and cultural activities of Main Street, Northampton. Also in the area is Tanglewood in Lenox, Mass MoCA in North Adams, Clark Art Institute & Williams College in Williamstown and Jacobs Pillow in Becket.
