As this penthouse is in the centre block it is away from all road noise and nearest to the biggest swimming pool on the complex. The penthouse has keypad/video entry making it very secure.Ideal for families, friends, couples seeking relaxation and somewhere special for their holidays. The complex also has a children's play area and pitch and putt located next to the Clubhouse, perfect for keeping them entertained whilst you enjoy a drink and soak up some Algarve sunshine on the terrace.This area offers great holiday opportunities throughout the year with golf courses, water sports, shopping, beaches and a huge variety of restaurants. Areias Sao Joao, offers many shops, bars, restaurants and clubs, many of which are situated on 'The Strip' which runs from Montechoro to the beach at Praia da Oura. For many visitors the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant nightlife offered here provide the perfect holiday ingredients. There is a fantastic beach, Praia dos Aveiros, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira. Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens. Old town Albufeira is about 1km away. There is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops.The beach at Praia d’Oura offers a wide variety of watersports, including windsurfing, water-skiing, parascending, jet skis and the always popular, banana boat rides, whilst scuba diving can be found in the next cove along. Many boat trips depart from Praia d’Oura - a great way to explore the hidden grottoes of the stunning Algarve coastline - and there are plenty of fishing trips available. We invite you to enjoy our comfortable suite, just a 10 minute walk from the Downsview subway station in uptown Toronto. The suite is bright and comfortable, with all of the conveniences of home: a home-away-from-home. It has 1 bedroom, yet is suitable for families. We have a custom made hidden bed in the living room that sleeps 2 extra people in single beds, and we can setup a single bed to sleep a fifth person as well in the open concept living room. Families love the set up.For those travelling with babies, we have a crib set up in the bedroom. The living room is warm underfoot with laminate throughout, and carpet in the main area. The full kitchen has everything that you will need in it for preparing light fare, or cooking up a storm. There are many chairs and sofas to relax in after a full day of sight-seeing or working. Or enjoy the outdoor patio and the outdoors.
