Description:That Place is a completely self catering house:- three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room & kitchen. There 's Dstv (in case of important sporting or cultural events!), dvd 's, music, lots of books and plenty of games and teddies and toys and a great dress-up box for the children. It also has a super outside place to braai and it 's own swimming pool and sauna. And lovely views over the valley across to the elephant sanctuary. n nThere are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom which is a kingsize double and the children 's room which is twin bedded, and one bedroom downstairs (also twin bedded), tucked away under the house. Both bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, and the second bathroom, has a shower only. n nThe garden at That Place is prolific in birdlife, so for birders, it 's a real joy. There are, occasionally, naughtly little vervet monkeys, so do keep your food inside. n nOn lovely sunny days (of which there are many) it 's perfect to sit out at your private pool, on a sunlouger absorbing the quite of the trees or the calls of the birds and hello 's of the monkeys aross the valley. n nEvenings are great fun at That Place - with the undercover barbeque area (which we call a 'Braai ')and a very long wooden table. There 's plenty of wood, so the fire is soon lit and the feast is on. nA fire and food, good friends and wine, what better way to end an evening under the velvety African sky ... n nBramon Wine Estate is right next door - so on an another perfect afternoon it 's a pleasant potter across to the restaurant to sit out in the vines and enjoy a delicious lunch mezze style while sipping on their delightful wines. Or for dinner, if you don 't feel like cooking - to wander down to Enrico 's pizza/pasta restaurant which is right on the edge of rocks overlooking the sea - any closer, says Enrico, and you 'll get wet. n nFor things to do, there is no place like The Crags. Quite apart from being able to see the elephants across the valley each day, you are spoilt for choice. Apart for being able to visit the elephants and walk trunk-in-hand with them there is also Monkeyland which hosts 17 different species roaming free in their 14 hectare sanctuary, then right next door is The Birds of Eden, the largest free-flight sanctuary in the world! Closeby in Tenikwa Wildlife Awareness Centre with their beautiful cats - cheetahs, leopards, caracals, servals, meerkats - and Earl the hilarious Marbou Stork. You can even spend a most informative hour with the snakes and crocodiles at Lawnwood Snake Sanctuary. Our rooms are for 1/3 people. They have fridge and private bathroom. Equipped with towels, bed linen, Tv, heater... Our bungalows are for 2/6 people. They have 1 bedrooms with beds for 2-4 people (it depends on the customer necessities), 1 living room with a sofa bed for two adults, 1 kitchen with furniture etc and a private bathroom with hot water.
