The house is best suited to someone who has his/her own vehicle or bicycle, or has friends with cars, if you like going out late at night. Badminton or tennis players welcome, and could join owner on badminton court some nights. Accessibility The villa has some steps so would not be suitable for the disabled or elderly with walking difficulties. From the road there are 11 steps down to the top apartment entrance. Then some more to the middle and down to the pool. Outside Privat pool (sole use of clients) 7 x 3m. Adequate sunbeds, tables and chairs. BBQ, table tennis, trampoline area. Lots of terraces for sunbathing or just looking out to sea. The villa enjoys sun all day , you can watch the sun rise and set from the terraces. You can see any fireworks from fiestas too. Booking notes A 30 % deposit is required to secure the booking(non refundable). Bank transfer in euros is preferred. The balance, plus a 300 euro damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. The damage deposit covers damage, breakages or any excessive cleaning. This will be refunded 2 weeks after the rental period upon making a satisfactory check on the villa.
