The living areas of this grand old lady as well as three bedrooms offer sea views. A sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a library/2nd lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean.Open living spaces characterize this home with kitchen, lounge and dining room all flowing on to veranda with spectacular views. Main Bedroom: (Queen) offers 45 sq meters of space and en-suite with bath, shower, wc, bidet and basin. Bedroom 2: (Queen) has private patio and en-suite with shower, wc and basin. Bedroom 3: (Twin or King) has a choice of single or double bed. Bedroom 4: Offers single beds and ample space - ideal for separate teenage pad of children's play area. Bathroom 1: En-suite to bedroom one. Bathroom 2: En-suite to bedroom 2. Bathroom 3: Shared by Bedroom 3 & 4. Bathroom 4: Guest Cloak with wc and hand basin.
