My apartment is located on the first floor of the building with no elevator. Please bring your own indoor slippers to use inside the apartment, thank you ! A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Also a patio with roof allows you to rest and get more fresh air ! There are 3 bedrooms and one big sofa for one person so totally it could host up to 7 person, superb for family trips and maintain quality living while staying in Paris. Description:I rent my house out during holidays: next one is summer. It's smallish flat but not a studio, approximately 45m2, in the Raval district. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. It's equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine, a fridge, a kitchen with an oven, furniture, shelves, etc. There's wifi too. Besides the double bed there's a double inflatable matress you can lay on the floor, giving the flat a total capacity of 4 people. The area is very central and excellent for enjoying a visit in Barcelona. The electricty etc is included, you can even use the food in the kitchen, only I do ask for a deposit of 300€ to be sure no-one steals anything. When I return you the keys and see that the flat is the same as I left it, you get the 300€ back. This deposit is the same no matter how long you choose to stay here. Note: I'm proud to be offering what I think is the cheapest option in Barcelona for anyone who wants a whole house to themselves. Unfortunately it is quite an old house, which is how I got it at such a great price in the first place and how I can afford to sublet it at this price. So I have to warn you, as that review says, I do have a couple of mice and one or two roaches as roommates. I am working at throwing them out very hard, but there's a certain possibility I won't have succeeded by summer! We are happy to prove recommendations and even go out for a drink together if you fancy some company. As far as location the flat the flat is very close to the center of Barcelona which you can reach walking in 20 minutes or hop on the metro (stop Poble Sec Green) and be on Las Ramblas in 10 minutes door to door. The nice thing about this neighborhood is that it is quiet enough to relax but also very close to anything you need. If you are coming for business also please note that you can reach the FIRA convention center and Plaza Espanya in 5 minutes. Near by you will find the gorgeous Montjuic mountain area full of museums, walking trails, fountains, parks, concerts in the summer, bike rental shops and the famous Greek Theater where you can catch live theater in the summer, concerts and orchestras. The neighborhood of Monjuic is truly magical, it is tranquil and full of restaurants and cafes. During the summer this part of the city opens up and the city hosts many concerts and festivals in the mountain including movies in the park and the famous Merce festival. Description:Welcome! We have a Beautiful well lit home, only a block from the Ballona creek bike path. There are bikes available for your use as well! A 2 seater/tandem bike and a single beach cruise bike. Place is 3 miles to Venice beach or Playa del rey beaches. Very conveniently located only a few blocks from the 90 freeway (only freeway in LA with out traffic!) Easy 90 and 405 freeway access allows quick rides to hollywood, Redondo beach, Longbeach, airport etc. Bus lines and bike paths lead the 3 miles to Venice beach, The Marina, Santa monica, etc. The place is clean and has a front and back patio (ok to smoke outside only) and shared yard. One parking space is avilalble in gated driveway and street parking is easy. There is 3 bedrooms and a 4th bedroom/office space with sleeping space attached off of the 3rd bedroom. 1st bedroom has a California King sized bed (can very comfortably sleep 3) 2nd room is a kids room (kid friendly with toys and a small kid bed) 3rd room has a queen sized bed for 2 people, 4th room has Queen sized air bed that sleeps 2. The master bedroom (“Honeymoon Room”) contains a queen bed in the front end of the apartment, while the slightly smaller bedroom (“Kahlo Room”) contains a full-bed overlooking the back sundeck. Both come equipped with desks, closet space and drawers. There is a full bathroom located on the upstairs floor, in addition to another full bathroom downstairs. The apartment: Unique, enormous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom duplex apartment with lots of light and a huge back sundeck located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Beautifully furnished and decorated with furniture and art from around the world. Each of the three bedrooms is uniquely decorated and offers plenty of closet and wardrobe space. The apartment is around the corner from the subway, 15 min into Manhattan. It’s located at the crux of some of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods – Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. It’s around the corner from Vanderbilt Ave, packed with excellent restaurants and bars, and walking distance from Brooklyn’s best attractions (10 minutes to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum, 15 minutes or 1 subway stop to Brooklyn Academy of Music). Please note the apartment is in an urban setting and not a primarily residential block, but completely safe. The subway is easily accessible from the apartment – C train at Clinton-Washington is just around the corner, and a 10 minute walk to the Atlantic Avenue subway stop (B, Q, N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5 and LIRR trains). Approximately a 15-20 minute subway ride to downtown Manhattan. Basic breakfast supplies are included – milk, cereal, granola, juice, bread and jams.
