City travelers will appreciate the proximity to Munich, Salzburg, Salzkammergut, Innsbruck, Kufstein, Kitzbc3bchel, Rosenheim, Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Koenigssee, Burghausen and other attractive destinations. The Chiemsee with its beautiful view mountains are accessible with lifts and some bathing accessible mountain lakes offer wonderful summer getaways. Cross-country skiers can enter a short walk directly from the house in the winter the track. Alpine skiers will find many ski lifts a few minutes drive to the holiday park or ski paradise Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte just 30 minutes away at Reit im Winkl.
