Description:This is a large 80 square meter apartment located in Kristineberg in the western part of Stockholm City. The apartment is situated 2 mins by foot from the metro station. On the metro you access the central parts of the city in 10 15 minutes and go to Drottningholm’s Castle and the beautiful nature and beaches in Bromma within 10 15 mins. We recommend Södra Ängbybadet about 15mins away on the metro and then a shorter walk. The apartment consists of three large rooms, ranging from 16 20 square meters each: The Living Room, the Cosy Room and the Art Room. Two of them have a 140×200 cm bed and the larger, living room, has a 160×200 cm bed, which can host three slim adults/teen agers or two adults and a child. The smaller beds can take 2 persons each, thus all in all making up to 7 people that could overnight in the apartment. The Living Room has a 160×200 cm large medium hard bed, suitable for a couple and a small child. There is a new IKEA cupboard which can take clothes and shoes: There is a comfortable MIO sofa and a glass design table from Denmark. There is also a Samsung 32 inch TV here (which doesn’t show on the photos). This is a cosy and intimate room in bright white with a 140 x 200 cm comfy medium soft bed suitable for a couple. There is a big cupboard which takes, clothes, shoes and other personal belongings. There is a TV extension cable in the room as well, if you want to put another TV here as well. There are white curtains in the room as well (which don’t show on the photo). This is a larger room which has a touch of art and music: paintings of Tamara da Lempicka adorn the light pastel green walls and some musical instruments embellish the room as well. There is lots of international literature in the book shelf: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Russian, to mention a few of the languages represented there. This room can host one or two persons in its 140 x 200 cm medium soft bed. It is a place for meditation, relax and inspiration… Bed sheets and linen are included as well as breakfast for shorter stays, such as 1 7 days. Tell us what preferences you have and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes – from müesli and yoghurt to black coffee with a croissant – fruits added on top… There is a TV in the living room/largest room and TV sockets in every room. Wi fi cordless internet is included, as well as the access to laundry in the house cellar, kitchen, dishwasher, hairdryer, hair straightening thongs and all facilities of a modern household. Available is also a foldable baby bed, including bedlinen, matress, pillow, a small child quilt and a fun toy – all rentable for a single fee of 22€ for the entire stay. This is a large bath room with a big tub that can easily fit two persons for a relaxing bath. There are plenty of pegs to hang towels on and various shelves and a cabinet in which you can store tooth paste, shampoo et.c. The kitchen is also large, about 20 square meters. Description:4 person apartment in 2 double bedrooms each with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Located in older French style building on the 3rd floor, with windows opening on 3 sides for through breezes. The entrance into this apartment is beautiful. Immediately you can sense the tranquility of the building and the spaciousness of the apartment. Everything from the polished parquet floors with their decorative black outline inserts, to the paint, the furniture and the decorative artworks, is themed and in harmony. A large living room/dining room combination is in the one massive communal area. The ceilings are extremely high meaning that it is cool on the hottest summer day and while there is AC there are windows on 3 sides of the apartment to allow for any breath of air to be enjoyed inside. From the square entry hall is the way in to the kitchen which is large enough to prepare a meal for many friends and guests. The counters are granite and there is a breakfast area with a table and 4 chairs and a washing machine. The fridge/freezer is stainless steel, as it the gas stove with 6 burners and large oven, and a double stainless steel sink and every small appliance you could want to prepare food at home. The room is light and airy as there are windows on 2 sides of the room. There is also a half bath off this area. A wide, serving counter at bar height, has been well designed to pass though delicacies into the dining area and serve food for people to eat at the large dining table, which has 6 dining chairs but could easily seat 8 10! The table is glass topped and the chairs black wood upholstered in cream leather. The black trim is a copy of the floor lines and goes through to the sitting area where there is a large, oversize black leather sofa, spacious and comfortable and a glass top coffee table. Opposite the sofa are 2 huge armchairs for easy relaxing and group conversation or just burrowing down with a book, or watching the wall mounted TV at the end of the room. Two designer frosted glass light fittings hang from the ceiling, one over the dining table and one over the sitting area. On the walls are lots of textile exhibits, many representing work done by Argentine and Andean people. There is also a selection of clay and ceramic decorative pots and dishes which represents a clear interest in the history of the peoples of Argentina. Bedrooms are directly off the main living room but both are so large you would not notice if someone stayed up watching TV after others had retired. Both bedrooms have king sized beds, and are furnished with TVs, phones, alarm clocks and have AC units and their own bathrooms. The master, so called because it is slightly larger, has a bathroom with tub and shower over, a standing sink, and an oval window which adds a touch of olde world charm, in total contrast to the very modern fixtures and fittings in the bathroom itself! This bedroom has a side table with the Wi Fi and an extra set of drawers, as well as a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. The is a window on each side of the room for fresh air and a cross breeze. A staircase leads to the sleeping loft where there is a king size bed, a lounging chair upholstered in leather, a TV and a large, antique closet. There is a full bathroom off this bedroom, totally modern well designed and spacious. A door leads out of the sleeping area to the exterior and a wrought iron staircase takes you to the roof terrace, a private oasis in the heart of the city.
