It is open concept, and is 2 levels with a staircase going to a loft which could be used as a bedroom or guest room. Huge bathroom, 14'ceilings at the highest point, sliding glass doors lead to an original balcony at the front of the house. There is laundry in the house. Brand new maple laminate floors throughout, not shown in photos. There is an air conditioner. The apt is about 60' by 15' plus the loft. The photos are with someone living there. The personal stuff is not there now. Roncesvalles Village is residential but cool too, with grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, post office, and corner produce stores, library ...everything you would need one block away on Roncesvalles.
