Immaculately restored and offering full-service luxury accommodations for up to 32 guests, the estate includes the chateau, the farm building, conference and business centers, sports facilities, and grounds, maintenance and agricultural areas on the estate are not available for guests' use. The chateau's extensive formal gardens and parks include a stream, an obelisk, reflecting pools, a collection of wild geese and ducks from around the world, and a moat with Japanese carp. The chateau is furnished with beautiful antique furniture and art. However, the heating cooling, telecommunication, electrical, plumbing systems, kitchens, laundry rooms, and bathrooms are all very modern. The Chateau also includes a staff apartment for a couple: the concierge and the office manager. The fully modernized adjacent farm building features a dining room and seven bedrooms which overlook an inner courtyard with cloisters, lawn, flowers, and a fountain. The farm building also includes a staff apartment for the chef and his wife, the housekeeper, who have the overall responsibility for the estate.
