Villa Mia is a 15 bedroom villa located in the south side of Puerto Vallarta, about 15 minutes from downtown. We rent per group at a time. The minimum rental is 8 bedrooms per night . For bookings we require a minimum reservation of 3 nights. The bedrooms have the most beautiful and eccentric views, from the wild to the blue ocean side. You will experience nature as you never had before. Feel the ocean breeze while you are zipping a margarita in our infinity pool, or in one of our two large palapa bars. Our Jacuzzi is so close to the ocean you can almost taste the salty waters, and there is a pathway to an altar made by the rocks in the middle of the ocean where you can not only celebrate your wedding ceremony but also relax and enjoy the view. We also have a T.V. room with a table for games for you to enjoy, and many books to read. If you are more into the healthy side try our gym. The secluded 75,341 sq/ft beachfront Villa Resort has 6 levels; with 15 rooms, with private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 terraces, 2 Palapa Bars, a small Gym, a large infinity swimming pool and an ocean pool. It is the largest and Newest Villa Resort in Puerto Vallarta. It embraces the blue Bay of Banderas. Description:Our house has been designed with your comfort in mind. Comfortable, contemporary seating is teamed with linen drapes and ethnic inspired wall hangings to create an oasis of calm. The lounge area has a 32 Wide-Screen Television and comes with cable TV, DVD player and a Sony playstation 2 to keep the children (and adults) occupied. Some playstation games are available but feel free to bring your own. The house also comes complete with a stack of television programmes, films and music on DVD and CD for you to choose from should you wish to stay at home for any reason. Glazed doors with shutters lead onto the rear terrace, which is perfect for entertaining, with a built in barbecue and sink area. This terrace has a large table with 6 chairs for you and your friends to enjoy al fresco dining. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would expect to find in a house of this calibre. There is a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, oven and hob, and microwave with grill. There are three large, comfortable bedrooms for you to enjoy a good nights sleep after a long day sunbathing or golfing. Description:Set in a property of 2,5 acres of a wonderful mediterranean garden with direct access to a couple of private small beaches and located in one of the most beautiful part of Italy (we are at Isola della Maddalena, Sardinia, in a National Park, not far from Costa Smeralda) this double house sleeps eight people in four double bedrooms with four bathrooms. The two houses have recently been refurbished to a high standard, the garden is full of tipical mediterranean vegetation (miyrtle, strawberry trees, olive-trees, prickle pears, juniper). There are two houses: the Main House is just 20 meters fromthe sand beaches, the second one (a cottage, locally named “Stazzo”) is in the garden less than 50 meters from the sea. The
Main House has a large open living area in a porch with table, chairs, armchairs and a fireplace. Inside the house there are a dining area, a kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher, a small laundry room with a washing machine, one studio with a bathroom and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both the bedrooms have direct access to the outside garden/terrace. There are three large terraces all with stunning views overlooking the bay. The top terrace has an incredible view and is a magical place to have a drink at sunset. The two other garden terraces are just in front of the sea and can have a large dining table (for 8 people) and different armchairs. All perfect for outside entertaining. The Stazzo
is built as a typical Sardinian rural house and hosts 4 people in two rooms, there's also a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the house, in the garden, there's a dining table and a patio. The property includes a private dock with a rubber dinghy with a 20HP engine that hosts 4/5 people and a gozzo boat (7,5 meters lenght with twin diesel 150HP engines). The gozzo boat can be daily rent. The pilot is the man who takes care of the garden (available for emergency needs) who knows every detail on the top spots in the marvellous La Maddalena Archipelago.
