Sleeping up to 16 between them, they offer luxury, and also flexibility of accommodation, to large or small families or groups of friends.The homes are part of the beautiful Villa Bocelli estate, built in the late 1600s and early 1700s. The whole estate is in many well-kept acres of grounds, gardens, paths, olive groves, and vineyards. The Casa Limoni are completely private, with their own gated private entrance, parking, pool, and large, walled grounds with vineyards, orchards, fountains and gardens. The homes have been lovingly restored and the entire atmosphere is lovely and peaceful.There is a full-time manager and a housekeeper living in the gate house at the main entrance to the estate. Description:This villa takes pride of place in the centre of the estate and is arguably the jewel in the crown. The size, elegance and luxury of this villa is evident from the moment you arrive at the entrance. We recommend that you spend several days exploring the famous nearby historic Loire chateaux, tasting the wines, and spending time at your own chateau soaking up the ambiance. n n[2.5 hectares] Entering this completely walled estate, you will pass through a forty-foot-tall arch, listed as a national monument by the French government. Past the arch, you will enter into an enclosed, totally private estate filled with sweeping lawns, fruit orchards, stands of chestnut, poplar, linden, and pine trees, and flower gardens. The icing on the cake is the rose garden, with elaborate arches, benches, shallow canals, and fountains—,with more than 6,000 roses between the pool and the hedge that borders the front of the property. As it can be illuminated at night, the garden is well suited for larger social functions. A lake has a 7 meter high fountain providing a focal point amongst weeping willows. The fountains and lampposts are reminiscent of 19th century Paris, adding to the old-world ambiance. What a great room for all the children, teenagers or young adults to spend time in. The TV's and beautiful private baths in every bedroom, lavishly decorated with stone and granite, and a seventh full bath for use in conjunction with the roof top are only some of what this house has to offer. Up to the first floor you will enter into a wonderful great room with a Tuscan theme exuding grace, charm, luxury and comfort. The living area has a striking stone mantel over the gas fireplace and above that is a large built in flat screen TV with DVD. Built in bookshelves and granite counter tops flank either side of the fireplace. Over the travertine stone floor, found throughout the first floor, is an ornate living area rug surrounded by beautiful tapestry chairs, earth tone sofa and sculptured tables.
