Besides some bedrooms are contained within flats and therefore have autonomous kitchens. The restoration’s works have preserved main features of our “lucchese style” as original terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings which are now combined with all the modern comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is dish-washers, washing machines, satellite television, a DVD and VHS player, a stereo hi-fi system, a GSM mobile phone is available for hire. Guests can also access the Internet from the reception computer. Furniture is very well-care with antiquity. The swimming pool is located just below the Villa so you can see the magnificent panorama of the valley and plains below. The swimming pool is open from May until October. Description:Lamole (at a height of 600 metres above s.l.) lies in the Chianti hills between Florence and Siena, and is a conglomeration of tiny medieval hamlets. All of the buildings have their own particular architecture, which is so simple, yet so natural, that they all seem to belong together. When you take the windy road lined with cypress trees up to Lamole, you pass famous villas, designed by prestigious architects such as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo that distinguish themselves for their colours and forms. They don't give themselves airs when compared with the humbler dwellings around them, and yet they enrich the countryside around them. After the piazza at Lamole it is with some surprise that you come across 'Il Villino' a 19th century villa build by Poggi (the architect who at the end of the 1800s was given the difficult task of redesigning Florence). In the grounds of the villa, which was also designed by Poggi as an example of an italianate garden, you will find the other building, originating in the 18th century, called Le Scuderie. After the recent renovation, carried out with love by the owner, they have created a single, expanded home. In the evening, as you dine on the terraces that overlook the valley, it feels like sitting on the threshing-floor of an old tuscan farmhouse, where the families got together at the end of the day to rest, enjoying the cool air and the colours of the sunset, exchanging the news of the day and tales of the countryside under the clear, starlit sky that still sets you dreaming and expressing wishes to the falling stars on the night of San Lorenzo. In autumn and in the winter the stories continue to be told, but now they are spun in front of the logs burning in the fireplace. Description:Las Arenas is a nine-bedroom ante bellum house inside the Puntacana Resort & Golf Club in the province of La Altagracia on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic. It is only a few minutes drive from the Punta Cana International Airport, which has over 40 flights arriving each day from all over the world. nThe 1,200 square meter home was built in 2009 and is set on a 6,000 square meter plot. The house is comprised of three buildings: the central building, the guesthouse and the staff building. The central building has a large, airy, living room, an open formal dining room, a luxurious master suite with bath and cable television, and a fully stocked library with computer, cable and projection television and bar. On the ground floor of the central building there are four king sized bedrooms with baths, the central dining room and bar, and internal and external terraces with views of the pool, the gardens, and the ocean beyond. nUpon entering the courtyard of Las Arenas on the left there is a guesthouse with four bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and one has a crib. All have their own baths and balconies or terraces. On the right side of the courtyard, there is a kitchen, a laundry room and the staff quarters. The car park is behind the staff quarters. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and air-conditioning as well as WiFi Internet connections. The Villa staff is composed of five people: the cook, the housekeeper, a waitress, the chauffeur, and a gardener. Concierge service is at your disposal. There are three golf carts for your use as well as a chauffeur driven car. nJust a short golf cart ride away, there are four championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio and P.B. Dye. If you are a tennis lover, six beautifully maintained tennis courts are available at the Resort. A two-minute walk will lead you to five kilometers of white sandy beaches and a crystal clear ocean.
