Description:Villa Aventuro is a private Villa in southern Attica close to Athens in the seaside resort town of Anavyssos It is located only 22km from Athens Intl Airport, and near the ancient temple of Poseidon in Sounio. On the ground floor there are seven(7) private suites all with en suit bathrooms, kitchenettes and patio doors with direct access to the gardens. On the third floor there are two(2) double penthouse suites (interconnecting if the quests so desire)with two(2) rooms each, and each with full kitchen, Jacuzzi bathroom and panoramic sea view. On the second floor there are three (3)double bedrooms each with its own Jacuzzi bathroom and four(4)double bedrooms served by two(2) additional Jacuzzi bathrooms on the same floor Villa Aventuro has a large 10mX20m private swimming pool ,surrounded by over two acres of gardens with 200 palm trees is lined with and many other subtropical plants and trees. The perimeter of the estate is lined 800 Leyland cedars providing additional privacy. There are several gas and charcoal barbeques. Villa Aventuro offers a very private and quiet setting with ten foot privacy fencing and private security. On the ground floor there is a central large salon with bar ideal for private banquets. Vlla Aventuro is only two kilometers from the beach with many popular seafood restaurants, public beaches, and other attractions nearby such as windsurfing waterskiing and boating. There is a full-time dedicated English speaking staff, as well as complimentary transportation to and from the airport, to the nearby beaches and restaurants, and to Anavyssos town center. Available in house chauffeur service, tour guide for desired archaeological and other locations. VILLA AVENTURO IS IDEAL FOR SMALL WEDDINGS, seminars, and other social gatherings from 30 to 50 people in the 18 available bedrooms. Some of the suites have two double beds ideal for 4-member families. The gardens are large enough to accommodate receptions for several hundred guests.
