The apartment has fine polished pine wood floors and new double glazed windows. Lastly, the flat features under the floor heating (only needed in wintertime!). The apartment consists of a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom on the ground and a living- and sleeping room on the 1st floor. In the living- and sleeping room you will sleep in a double bed with an comfortable mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m),which in fact consists of two mattresses of 80cm with a mattress pad on the top. From the living room window you have an overwhelming view of the old town and the Tejo bay. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas living- bedroom has fine polished wooden floors. The apartment has been completely restored in 2007. When you leave the apartment you just enter into Lisbon’s unique architecture beauty with small alleys, old houses and traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. Description:Hotel Casci is a small family run hotel centrally located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, only 150 meters from Florence Cathedral (Duomo) and the Academy of Fine Arts (David), just 10 minutes' walk from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Our hotel is located inside two palaces of the 15th century built at the time of the Medici family, and the rear part was a convent, hence comes a pretty special atmosphere of old-world charm, with original fresco ceilings and a maze of long carpeted hallways. Hotel Casci was started in 1926 by Mrs Casci and it was happily welcomed by the local press as the first hotel in Florence with hot and cold water in all rooms.
