The apartment consists of an spacious open space area with bedroom area, living and dining-room, a bathroom with a shower and a carefully equipped kitchen. The apartment has fine polished pine wood floors and new double glazed windows. Lastly, the flat features under the floor heating (only needed in wintertime!). Upon your arrival you’ll receive the apartment keys from Mrs. Madalena. Madalena is waiting for you at the apartment. Description:The cosy and quiet apartment Sao Vicente I is located on the two floors of an complete restored house. The living space amounts 40 sqm. The apartment consists of a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom on the ground and a living- and sleeping room on the 1st floor. In the living- and sleeping room you will sleep in a double bed with an comfortable mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m),which in fact consists of two mattresses of 80cm with a mattress pad on the top. From the living room window you have an overwhelming view of the old town and the Tejo bay. The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas living- bedroom has fine polished wooden floors. The apartment has been completely restored in 2007.
