And the branches and leaves of our beautiful date palm tree in the garden touch the windows of the bedrooms of the first and second floor apartments, creating a sweet smell, something I'm sure you'll love waking up in the mornings. You can easily reach out and take for breakfast those sweet fruits coming from the heaven. The apartment on the ground has three rooms (one detached) and all of them can be used for sleeping purposes. You'll have a double bed and a sofa (where a person can comfortably sleep on) in the main room, and two other sofas in two different rooms, where two persons can sleep on each. So, the apartment is quite comfortable for seven persons. The apartment on the first floor has two big rooms and each can be used for sleeping purposes. You'll have a double bed and a sofa (where two persons can comfortably sleep on) in the bedroom and another sofa in the living room, also where two persons can sleep. So, the apartment is quite comfortable for six persons, which is the same with the apartment on the second floor. Hence, the house has the capacity for 19 persons, but I can get extra beds if you need so. But please note that if your group is 12 or less, it is cheaper, and therefore wiser to rent two apartments, instead of the whole building. If so, please take a look at the listings of the separate apartments in my dashboard. The building is located in a calm and safe neighborhood near Taksim square. You will have three double beds in three different bedrooms and two independent sofas, each suitable for a person and two single beds without bed bases. And the house has iron fences surrounding the gate and the windows for your safety. The building is located in a typical, traditional Turkish neighborhood near Taksim square. Yet, you will see that the area is full of newly built apart hotels and suites. Taxim square is within only 3-4 minutesdistance, which (as you should know if you are planning to come to Istanbul) is the artistic and cultural centre of the city with its cafes, restaurants, bars, winehouses, night clubs, theatres and movie theatres. And you can get to Sultanahmet, the historical town of Istanbul within 10 minutes if you take a taxi. As a traditional neighborhood, be prepared to find some level of noise at the street, as the residents use the street like their own home. You may like this, as it is quite an experience that you can find in no museums, mosques or any other touristical attractions. But if you dislike noise, you can always shut the windows, open the airconditioner and listen to your favorite music with 5 1 sound system.
