Description:A beautiful home located in the exclusive 24hr guard gated Windsor Palms resort. The home comes with it own south facing pool and spa with Jandy system covered lanai and extended deck area. This beautifully decorated home offers a 50 inch plasma TV and DVD in the living area and free high-speed internet access, each of the bedrooms comes with its own LCD TV and pillow top mattresses for that extra comfort, the fully equipped kitchen has fridge freezer with ice maker, ceramic hob, dishwasher etc. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Home has a new games room with full-size pool table, ping-pong table and dart board. A short walk to the community clubhouse offers a games room, movie theatre, shop and complete fitness centre. For further enjoyment guests stay active throughout the 3-acre recreation area, which includes community pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball and a children's playground. Note: Pool heat is $175 per week plus tax. Pool heat may not function if the outside temp. drops below 50 degrees. No prorating under 7 days. Cleaning fees of $100 plus tax are applied to all stays of 5 nights or less and need special approval for confirmation. Mid-stay clean fee is $110 plus tax.
