There is a large fireplace in the downstairs living room and a wood burning stove in the upstairs living room. I provide wood for the guests too. Even though this home has a cabiny feel, it has all the amenities you need in a vacation home along with many upgrades. When I go up to Tahoe with my friends and family, I usually choose this home since it has so many bedrooms and lots of games and amenities. Bedrooms

Handicap Access This home is fairly accessible for those with limited mobility since there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level. The main entrance has 2 steps to enter the home. Once you are on the main level, there is a living room, TV, kitchen, dining area, BBQ, and 55 foot deck with amazing views. Layout You walk in the front door and straight ahead is the large living room with lots of comfy couches, table seating for 6 and a TV with DirecTV, DVD player. Next to the TV is a wood burning stove and we provide the wood. It is very rare to find homes in Tahoe with real wood burning stoves and fireplaces since a rule came out over 6 years ago that fireplaces must be removed when a home is sold. I bought this house before that rule so I am able to keep the wood stove and fireplace. There are large double paned windows facing the mountain and meadows in this room. The sliding glass door leads you out to the large 55 foot deck with picnic table seating for 18 and a high quality BBQ. The views of the mountains and meadow are amazing and you can see coyotes, birds, chipmunks and sometimes a beaver running around. On the right side of the deck is a door that leads into the master suite with a queen bed, seating, and ensuite bathroom. You can also enter this private master suite through the garage. Off of the upstairs living room is a hallway which leads you to a bathroom with a shower/tub on the left, a queen bedroom on the right, a king bedroom on the right and then a second master bedroom on the left with a king bed, TV, DirecTV service, and a private bathroom with shower. Off of the upstairs living room is the open kitchen and dining seating for 12. The kitchen was recently remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new sink. Continue through the kitchen and walk down the stairs to the lower level. You will enter the billiards room with a large pool table. On the right are three bedrooms with queen beds. After you pass the billiards room, there is a large bathroom on the left with a shower. Continue down the hallway and you will enter the great room with a large TV with DirecTV, DVD player, DVD library, wet bar, bar stools, shuffleboard table, large cozy fireplace and I provide the wood. Pass this room and you will enter the sunroom. There is a ping pong table, couches and great views. To the right is a large bedroom with 3 full beds. There is a sliding glass door that leads outside to the hot tub. This hot tub was recently purchased and has lots of jets. Around the corner from the hot tub is the wood room. The driveway can fit 4 cars and 2 cars can fit in the garage. In the garage is a storage room for skis, boards, poles, boots, etc. Snow Removal I have a company that plows the driveway when there is more than 5 inches of snow. Remember to bring chains when traveling in the Sierras and bring extra food and water in your car.... more info >>

We welcome you with pride and hospitality on our hobby farm in the beautiful South Bohemia, 10 km from Prachatice. But also Zichovec will not bore you There is a Jacuzzi and a small gym, a bar with pool table, table tennis, Wii on the big screen, karaoke, darts. A spacious garden, fire pit. In the 18th and 19th century the chateau was enlarged with 2 more parts. All sections are attached to each other with 3-foot thick walls. The different styles of the various constructions are visible, which lends an attractive rambling aspect to the building. For example, in the 17th century the cellar, now used for wine storage, was the kitchen. The original details are still visible. The property is accessed via a quiet little road that connects two small villages. The graveled courtyard leads to the house, barn and garden. The backyard overlooks the winding Dronne River where there is a dock (4m x 7m) where guests can sit and to enjoy the riverside and the canoes passing by. The large garden is completely private, the north, south and west sides consist of typical large French walls, the river Dronne is on the east side of the property. The south of the property has a splendid view of the 12th century Roman church of Chenaud. There is garden furniture in both sunny and shaded areas of the garden. There are huge 100-year old oak and line trees, as well as apple, peach, cherry, prune and chestnut trees. New plantain trees have been planted. At the far end of the garden is a little pond. nThe largest part of the chateau, an apartment named Silver Truffle, was built in the 18th century, and the second unit, La Floreale, dates back to the 17th century. Both sections are tastefully decorated with antique and exquisite fabrics, combined with pieces of modern European art. All bedrooms (except the two in La Floreale) still have the original fireplaces, but due to safety reasons they are not useable. The 19th century part is still under restoration and in use by the owners. Beside the main house is a large barn with two towers and an old well. La Vesunna is an apartment in the barn, which has been beautifully restored and decorated. n nSilver Truffle (275m2): nGround floor: One enters the entrance hall with floor tiles and wooden beams from the 17th century. From this hall one can access the living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The cottage also has a bathroom, ground floor basin and WC, kitchen with dining area, utility, sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove and a second sitting room with woodburning stove and French doors. Outside this cottage has off road parking for 5 cars and an enclosed garden. With views of the valley and a mountain range, Y Sgubor is an ideal holiday home for friends and families. n nAmenities: Oil fired central heating on first floor and underfloor heating on ground floor, with additional heating from woodburners in sitting rooms.
