Head over to the huge dining table with seating for 14 with extra chairs and counter bar seating for more. The dining area also offers a sitting area with couches and 50’ flat screen TV. The convenience of the Weber BBQ and outdoor spa on the expansive side deck off the dining room. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms with shower, a third bathroom is for the use of the other two bedrooms. There is also access from the living room, on one side to a large lodge equipped with a table and chairs and on the other side to a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with sofas and armchairs. 2° Level: External stairs lead to the second floor where there are a further 3 bedrooms, one is a twin, one a double and one is a ¾ bed. All of these rooms have independent access to the garden. A corridor leads to a large bathroom/shower. The property is equipped with a washing machine. A shaded stone path which crosses through the pines, leads down to the sea, and a private drop into the sea. There is a concrete platform, which is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an umbrella. The property offers shaded parking for two/three cars. Weekly rental includes cleaning and the reorganisation of the house for 5 days a week, three hours a day (extra hours will be charged at 9 euro per hour), water consumption, gas and all bed/bath linen, up to a maximum of 200 kw per week of electricity is included ( any excess to be payed by the client with an average charge of KWh € 0,25).
