Description:My mother RENTS a small apartment, which is in a quiet place and nice neighbourhood. It can be for one person for $US 30 or two people for the price of $US 48 per night. It is located in the area known as Sexta Sección. That is 10 blocks from San Martin Park and 15 blocks from downtown. It is a self-contained apartment in the middle of my patio. My mother lives at the front and I live at the back. In the apartment, there is wi-fi. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a very small bedroom with a kingsize bed. In the bedroom there is an air conditioning, and heating in the apartment for the winter. There is a small swimming-poll and comfortable chairs and a hammock to relax. In the patio, there are many plants and grape vines. If you are interested, you can contact me . IF you want to practice your Spanish, you can (and probably have to answer a lot of questions in Spanish with my mother only.) The master suite is located at the back of the house and includes a custom made “King”-sized double bed, personal television and Bose Ipod/CD/Radio system and is illuminated by a 12ft electric skylight and wall-length windows that give onto an internal patio/garden area. The en-suite bathroom features a square, tiled jacuzzi bath and rain style shower, and a large wash area with two sinks and two large mirrors. The bathroom also has a large walk-in closet, and another is located in the bedroom area. The other two bedrooms face toward the courtyard/pool area at the front of the house both have personal televisions and are en-suite with combined shower/baths. The first bedroom contains 1 custom made “Queen”-sized double bed and the other contains 2, with room for up to 4 guests. The separate flat at the front of the house is reached by a metal staircase from the pool area. It includes a double bed and personal television, a private kitchen and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower combination.
