Located on a quiet road along the shore, with a private beach and pier, the property is nestled in the heart of Lake County wine country. n nThere is a large oversized yard surrounded by lovely oaks, hammock, fire pit on the beach for marshmallow roasting/smores, private hot tub, and lighted horseshoe pits. Lots of activities for kids-tire swing, innertubes, hammock, games, PS2, horse shoes, hot tub and more. n nNearby attractions include Ceago Winery which is only about one mile away! Robinson Rancheria Casino is 5 minutes away with a boys and girls club for children. Holiday Harbor with multiple slips for $8/night or $20/week is within easy walking distance for launching and securing your boat in a protected harbor or renting a boat/sea doo. You may also rent boats there. (Holiday Harbor phone # is 707-274-1136.) n nThe property extends on both sides of Lakeshore Blvd. The house is on one side, and the lake on the other. The street is VERY quiet and marked 15Mph. We have a pier, a buoy, and a sloping beach. The buoy or the sloping beach is available for tying up a jet ski or small boat. There is plenty of room on the property for a trailer. n nThis 2200 sq ft two story home features 3 bedrooms and a loft with three beds (sleeps 10-12), and 2 full bathrooms. All linens (blankets/pillows/sheets/towels) are upscale and included. A large high ceiling living room/great room with 42 inch plasma TV and stereo is perfect for entertaining. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook a festive dinner! Relax with a bubble bath in the beautiful jetted tub in the master bath or on the balcony viewing the lake. Description:Lutz’s Lake House sits on a beautifully landscaped one acre, fenced-in lot, nestled in a secluded bay on Clearlake’s eastern shore. It offers 200 feet of sandy beach and a floating boat dock. It is the perfect get-away for the whole family including your well- behaved dog. Enjoy horseshoes, croquet, swimming, kayaking, or just kicking back and relaxing. This 1700 sq. ft. home has three bedrooms, a spacious country -style kitchen, and a large open dining/living room with a mesmerizing view of the lake.There is a deck that runs along the lake side of the house, and large oak trees that provide plenty of shaded areas to enjoy the surrounding beauty. The house has central A/C and heat, 10 ceiling fans, pellet stove, and wood fireplace. It is comfortably furnished and has a very charming décor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens up to the deck with lake view. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a bunk-bed. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom and fireplace. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two and a separate cottage that houses two single beds (ceiling fan only, no climate control), which brings the sleeping accommodations to a total of 12. The large country style kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked. From the time you arrive at Lutz's Lake House you will fall in love with its relaxing atmosphere, clean air, and private beach. This area of the lake has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities with black tailed deer, wild turkeys, ospreys, herons, otters, minks, ducks, and lots more that inhabit the area.
