Description:It was our first look and that 's all it took to fall in love with Grand Cayman. We searched the island until we found the one location we wanted to call home...Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II condominiums. nWe 're located on the north side of the island, directly on the beach and about a mile south of Rum Point where water sports activities abound. We 're right next door to Kaibo Yacht Club Tiki Bar and Restaurant (yes, they 're open to the public) and close to several great restaurants including Over The Edge, Portofino 's and The Lighthouse. nGet some exercise by walking the beach or riding our bikes or try a guided Kayak tour of the North Sound eco-system. Jet ski rentals are available at Rum Point and sunset catamaran cruises launch from the Kaibo Marina right next door. nFirst Look is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condominium professionaly decorated in the island style of the West Indies. The living room is complete with video and audio electronics including a 42 flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and a tuner which is wired for ipods with sound coming from the 4 ceiling-mounted speakers. The dining room is accented with a wicker and glass table with seating for 4 and three barstools. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet meals. Wireless internet connection is supplied as well as phone service to the U.S. and Canada. nThe master bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a pillow-top king bed, two night stands and a full dresser and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tiled-shower with glass doors. The secondary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, two night stands, a dresser and a flat-screen TV. Outside the secondary bedroom is a separate full bath/shower and the laundry area with a washer/dryer. nJust off the living room through sliding glass doors is a beach-front screened-in patio with a table and chairs and a screen door leading directly onto the beach. Description:This Landmark Cayman Villa boasts 450' of shoreline that includes 200 ' of white sand beach to south. You are only a short walk from the finest dive operation on Grand Cayman. The 4BR Castle and 2BR Guesthouse Villas offer the best panoramic views on Grand Cayman. The Castle can sleep 10 people (8 adults comfortably) and nearby Guesthouse adds another 6 people (4 adults comfortably) for a maximum of 16 people (including children 2yrs old ). (2) Cribs also available. 12 adults maximum. Each of the 4-6 bedroom suites offers either a king or queen bed, glass-block, granite & tiled bathroom and central air-conditioning. This is a home first and a rental villa second. We found with our first Cayman Villa that if your home looks like you don't care about it, then neither will your guests. Our sandy beach is walled from the road and has an oleander hedge as well for additional privacy. Either/both of these fully equipped rental villas are perfect for those seeking privacy, large family reunions or vacations, and small (max 40 people) weddings. The rocky point in front of the Castle dissuades casual passersby from walking on your beach. The protective reef is almost a mile offshore, which creates a wonderful lagoon full of calm, clear water for boating, snorkeling, scuba, windsurfing and other water sports. This architecturally unusual villa has one of the most unbelievable views of the Caribbean Sea of any rental villa on Grand Cayman, and a superior level of privacy and amenities. We have some great spots right in front of the castle (about 200 yards) for snorkeling as well. (3) Kayaks provided. With a 200' setback from the road out front, our guests enjoy their privacy. Other than the occasional fisherman netting minnows in the shallows, the waters in front of the castle are very quiet. Morritt's Tortuga club is about 3 miles north for jet-ski, scuba, sailing and fantastic windsurfing (right). 1,500 ft (partially) covered 1st floor Terrace & freshwater pool and large non-skid (pavers) sun deck overlooking the ocean.
