The house is situated on a wonderful location on the North side of the island with the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea just 50 feet away from the house. r nThe house is all one level making it ideal for young and old, with 3 bedrooms and 2 c2bd baths as well an outdoor shower. The price listed is per couple but the house is able to sleep eight comfortably with the use of a sofa bed. r n My property is snorkeling friendly boasting a cement (not sand) walkway, that will take you right into the pristine water where you can observe such brightly colored aquatic inhabitants as parrot-fish , trigger-fish, squirrel-fish, and angel-fish as well as octopuses ,sea turtles , brightly colored sponges and coral. The concrete path makes it extremely easy to get right into the water for snorkeling and in no time at all you will be gazing at these beautiful underwater creatures. All you 'll have to do is sit down and don you fins and a mask and snorkel and head right out. r n Just down the road is a very interesting underwater sculpture garden called Atlantis, for a unique diving and snorkeling experience. Sandy beaches are just a 10 minute drive away on the south side of the island. Many guests who have stayed at the house have been amazed at the quantity and quality of the sea life in the waters right in front of the house, and dive boat routinely anchor nearby. r n r n When you can pull yourself away from the wonderful underwater experience provided, by snorkeling and diving around Seahorse Gazebo you can explore above water on a two person Ocean kayak we supply. r nFor the nature lovers on the shore there wonderful natural sites are all around you as you discover the caves and bluffs in the surrounding area. Or, watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on our huge 400 square foot patio. This is an end unit, so we have extra windows facing North, so many more views up and down the beach and ocean. The total size is 1600 square feet. r n r nTo me, the best thing is the great views. There are large sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and living room which allow wonderful views of the ocean, sunsets, and palm trees from almost anywhere in the condo. r n r nThe unit is very well decorated, and includes a kitchen very well stocked with cooking utensils. Two TV's with cable, and a stereo system. r n r nThe Master bedrom has a queen size bed, and an attached bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a pack n paly available in the closet. Our third bedroom has two twin size beds, and a view of the ocean. r n r nOne thing we offer that most do not is FREE calls back to the US and Canada. Also a FREE protected WIFI connection. There is also a phone for FREE local calls. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. r n r nThe complex boasts the LARGEST pool on Seven Mile Beach. I would say there are about 30 restaurants within 6 blocks or so. Camana Bay is about a 15 minute walk, and Georgetown is a 10 minute drive, or half hour walk away.
