Description:Just few minutes a walk from Diocletiano palace, (the old city centre) we have this independent apartment fully equipped and recently restored. My mother lives at the 3rd floor and you will stay at the ground floor. We speak english, croatian and italian. This is not the typical boring place to rent in Croatia, this is a european style managed guest house. You`ll have your keys, independent entrance. The house is an open space for 3 guests, equipped with: 1 new wooden double bed, 1 single bed air conditioning, heating, kitchen full equipped, TV, free WIFI adsl, toilet with shower. The House is located in a quiet pedestrian district of the city centre, surrounded by typical old dalmatian stone houses. You will love the beach nearby, you can go to it on foot in 10 min (stone beach named Ovcice or sandy beach named Bacvice) or to the islands in front of the city wich you should visit by boat in a daily long excursion. We love kids and pets and cool people in general. We have Wifi connection and a washing machine, you can also eat outside in our little patio. Description:Being led by extremely good experience with my existing lettings i have decided to start renting my own home which has been empty due to my job transfer. House is perfect location for families due to dislocstion form main roads and location on the beatifull meadow. It is pets friendly so they can run free with no limitations. When it commes to comort you are provided with two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and two sofas (that can be converted into 2 single beds) and one with two single beds (if neccesary 2 spare beds are available as well as bedroom is big enough).
