Anna Maria's white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico are just outside your door to lure you into pure relaxation. It doesn't get much better than this! This complex was completely and beautifully renovated in 2006 and each unit is fully equipped to make your stay at Alamanda pleasant and comfortable. Each unit offers all amenities including a washer and dryer, high speed internet and free long distance calling. Units 1 e28093 4 are lower level units, most with private patio areas. Units 5 e28093 8 are upper level units, most with small private balconies. Each unit sleeps four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. All units are very nicely furnished in beautiful Florida charm and fully equipped with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy this wonderful island getaway. Unit 5 does feature a small in unit washer and dryer.One small pet under 20 pounds is accepted with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.There is a one week minimum rental period during the winter season. The resort is a short block to the white sugary beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It's a great location! Each room is equipped with everything needed to make your vacation getaway perfect, including Cable TV, VCR, stereo, iron, and hair dryer. A complimentary washer and dryer are located on site for your convenience as well as a supply of beach umbrellas, beach carts and beach chairs. All units have high speed internet via ethernet,and free long distance phone service in the U.S. And Canada. There's even a free video library for your enjoyment. The Islands West Resort is a wonderful and affordable property and would be perfect for groups up to twenty four and ideal for special gatherings and weddings. The one-bedroom units sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. The two bedroom unit sleeps six with a king size bed, queen size bed and a sofa bed.
