The community has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fishing pier. nOur townhouse has been renovated and comfortably furnished throughout and includes artwork by local artists. It has a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system. Downstairs has a completely equipped kitchen, a screened patio, a cozy dining area, a half bathroom, and a very comfortable living room with a sofa that converts to a king bed. Upstairs has a spacious master bedroom furnished with a new queen bed with a memory foam mattress. It has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a new full bed as well as a futon sofa that converts to a full bed. The guest bathroom is immediately adjacent to the bedroom. You will find a clothes washer and dryer and linen closet on the upstairs landing. All linens are supplied for your convenience. nA train track runs along the outside of the fenced rear property border. Locomotivee28099s pass by several times a day but never sound their horns. Most visitors find the train very soothing. nAmenities include cable TV and DVDe28099s in the living room and both bedrooms, two bicycles, fishing rods, and various books, games, toys and puzzles. nJensen Beach has activities for everyone. The public beach on Hutchinson Island, the Savannas Preserve State Park, and downtown Jensen Beach are just a short bicycle ride away. They are leather with arms, very comfortable for sitting. You can watch TV from the table if desired. Great for playing family games. There is a printer for your use and two computer chairs. Another positive for this house is it's great location. You could walk or ride your bike (basket on bike) to the grocery store. You can ride bikes to two close by parks that have a playground for the kids. Sunsplash Water Park and Mike Greenwell's Family Fun Park are both only a mile away. We've worked hard to make sure our guests of all ages enjoy our new addition! The 12' x 24' pool has a shallow area that is about 6” deep for mothers and babies, or grandparents, or sunbathers who want to stay cool in the water. It also has shallow steps, then gradually slopes from 3’6” to 5’7”, with special 4-color rotating lighting in the pool at night! Two water jets, one on each side of the pool deck, shoot water into the shallow end of the pool. There is plenty of room around the pool for tables and chairs, and there is also an 87' bench that surrounds most of the pool It's great for sunbathing and at night it has indirect lighting underneath that gently lights the entire pool area. In addition, we also have an 8' 6 diameter HOT TUB with the same rotating 4-color lights that are sychronized with the pool !!! Between the pool and the hot tub, it's double the fun! The pool and hot tub area are surrounded by a 6' privacy fence and a 5' metal fence, with the required security gates and latches. The two gates that open into the pool area open away from the pool, so no small child can push the pool gates open and walk into the pool area. They also are spring loaded so that they automatically close when you let go of them. Both gate latches are 54 or more from the ground.
