All rooms have double beds, one of the largest 160 for another 140 and the third of 180 (or 2 of 90) The luxury kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. A highly stylish 145 m2 Loft style Parisian apartment well located in Paris just 5 mins from Gare Du Nord Paris ( Eurostar, Thalys, ICE ) and 50 mins from both airport (Orly, CDG ) Also very easy to get to Parc des expositions for people to come to paris for the trade show. Two mins walk from the nearest metro station on line 5. It takes 15 mins to central Paris (Chatelet, Hotel de ville, marais, notre dame ) 30 mins to Eiffel Tower. In the neighborhood there is a beautiful parc des buttes chaumont within 5 mins by walking. Renovated from an ancient atelier (workshop) with glass ceiling on the roof top and an open plan kitchen and living room (40 square meters )where you can cook and eat. Also a patio with roof allows you to rest and get more fresh air ! There are 3 bedrooms and one big sofa for one person so totally it could host up to 7 person, superb for family trips and maintain quality living while staying in Paris. Description:It's a fully equipped apartment, 75m2, in our house with a separate entrance. There's a big living room, a big kitchen and one large bedroom plus a bathroom. It's part of our very spacious 250-year-old house which has been entirely remodeled. There's a fire place with an insert plus an electric radiator if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator (the small one which appears in the photo has since been replaced) with freezer, gas burners, a microwave oven, and a washing machine. It's situated in the middle of the forest, but there is a small town just a few miles away with basic shopping facilities (bakeries,a small supermarket, a grocery store, 2 pharmacies, banks, press agent, etc.). We're about an hour and a quarter's drive from the Atlantic coast and its many beaches, an hour and a quarter from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Mont de Marsan (whose population is about 35,000). We could accomodate 3 or 4 people--a couple with one or two children, for example (there's a double bed in the bedroom and the possibility to sleep 2 children in the living room). Area is very safe & there are many restaurants & bars with typical patio terraces. Very nice when sunny. Supermarket nearby too good variety of shops. There are also 3 good concert venues and small theatres within close walking distance (under 5 mins) Apartment is 38 m2. Living room & bedroom are equal sizes. Bathroom is small but convenient (no bathtub, shower only). Toilet is separate. Kitchen comes with all appliances (but no microwave) Double bed in bedroom very comfortable double sofabed (pullout sofa) in living room. So can accomodate 2 couples (4 people). Or 1 couple child (or 2 if they sleep in same bed). Comes with free WIFI / TV / DVD / Washing machine / Cooker / Refrigerator / Toaster etc... Typical parisian floorboards high ceiling. I lived 18 months in Irvine, California so fluent in English. I lived 6 months in Chile so I also speak spanish fluently. I can barely say a few things in portuguese.. Free high speed internet and phone (free to the US - mobiles included) The apt. is close to main transportations : high speed train (5mn), trolley stations, bus, etc. ABOUT MONTPELLIER AND SURROUNDINGS : Montpellier is a very dynamic city, close to the beach (La Grande Motte for instance) and one of the most attractive in France. The country side is beautiful with Larzac and nice rivers within a 40mn drive. It is the perfect city to explore the south of France and north of Spain/Italy. By car From Montpellier you can go to several great destinations quick: Sete (36mn), Carcassone (1h30), Marseille (1h40), Toulouse (2h20), Barcelona (3h20) and the whole Azur Coast (Cannes, Nice, Monaco in around 3h). Italy is a 3h20 drive away too. You also can be in a ski domain in the Pyrenees in less than 3hours. Taking the high speed train you can be in Paris in a little more than 3h!... more info >>
