Description:Deer Meadow is an adorable secluded real log cabin sitting on over three acres with the National Forest backing up to it, in the heart of the Aska Adventure area, and within walking distance of the Toccoa River. Designed for outdoor living, this cabin has a huge screened porch with picnic table, rocking chairs, and private hot tub, raised gazebo overlooking the pasture view and rocked landscaping beds, Indian trail tree, fire pit, and numerous hiking trails close by. If privacy is what you desire, this place is for you! Inside the cabin you will find two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a sleeping loft with a daybed and pop-up trundle, and three bathrooms, one on each level. There is a separate dining/sun room with great views, living room with gas log fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead onto the screened porch. The lower level offers a small den with a wood burning stove (firewood is not supplied), rec room with ping pong table and wet bar. This cabin has Direct SAT TV/DVD/VCR, central heating and air, washer/dryer, 5 Skylights, and hand painted sinks. Come kick back and relax in this rare and beautiful setting where wildlife can often be seen making themselves right at home at Deer Meadow! Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous Swan Drive In. All of our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washclothes, etc... We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags.
