They run from the terminus of the road back to Adlergestell Imkerweg, from there it is about 5 minutes to walk up to your cottage. By car you reach it the best by motorway, take exit Adlershof, from there take the Ernst Ruska Ufer about 2.5 km to Adlergestell (railway bridge) and then keep right. After 1 km keep right direction to Schmöckwitz. You drive straight to the S Grunau station over, drive through the wooded area about 8 miles, and then you have finally reachthe district Schmöckwitz. At the traffic lights go straight ahead, the next street on the left of Imkerweg. Equipment The living room is approx 20 sqm, furnished and equipped with a double leather sofa bed for 2 persons. From the living room on the ground floor have direct access and views of the Seddinsee. The living room on the first floor is equipped with a computer, a television and a sofa bed is also equipped for 2 persons. Wireless internet is available throughout the building at a daily rate. The bedroom in the northeast has a beautiful view of the lake and the boats. The kitchen is fully equipped it's a pleasure to cook here enjoy it! The dining room is located next to the living room on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate six people. Prices for the cottage on the water For the cottage in Schmöckwitz we charge a daily rate depending on the season. The property is located in an exclusive location on Seddinsee for up to 6 people. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for a stay we prefer a weekly rental during high season from Saturday to Sunday Season 15 May 15 September € 120 / night / for 2 persons each additional person € 10 / night In addition to season 16 September 12 December € 100 / night / for 2 persons. Each additional person € 10 / night Holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Ascension and Pentecost are considered high season! Pets are welcome if they behave themselves and do not sleep in the beds and on sofas they are calculated per snout with € 10 / night Bed linen, towels and water are included in the rent. Description:The apartment is located in a great and total central area in Prenzlauer Berg. It is very homelike and sunny, the nice balcony is faced to west side with sun on it from noon on. Every room is faced to the sunny side of live. Everything inside of the apartment is renovated and super clean too. The kitchen is also fully equiped and serves you everything from a nice cappuccino to a nice dinner, it´s on you. If you like to pick up some sun it´s also possible in the front of the window on the kitchen table. - You will find a super comfy bed with the size 1,4 m x 2,0 meter with really nice feather blankets. For a third person is there a nice couch where you can sleep on. - You get free towels, linen for the bed and a really fast internet connection - There is a very comfortable couch - You will find a clean and cosy bath with bathtube and shower - There is a clean fridge and a washing machine integrated - The heating and shower water is also very hot - My Apartement is close by to the public transport system. It is just a view minutes walk to Schönhauser Allee where you can pick up all the different transport possibilities in Berin: S Bahn, Underground Train, and Tram. - A lot of good cafes and restaurants are located in this area. With a short walk you can reach Mauerpark in 1 minute with its famous flew market on sundays and the Kastanienallee with a lot of nice bars (in 8 minutes), Kulturbrauerei with clubs (in 7 minutes) or Alexanderplatz (in 20 minutes if you walk, by train 5 minutes). Oranienburger Strasse and Hackesche Hoefe are close by and can be reached by Streettrain (Tram) in about 8 minutes. So you can imagine the apartement is really a fantastic offer in a central area.
