A 300 years old building has been brilliantly renovated, keeping its traditional architectural features and the charming atmosphere of older Cretan village houses. A stone arc, limestone floors and handmade oak furniture enhance this atmosphere. At the same time, an eclectic decoration with a modern twist adds contemporary charm and comfort. Villa in Armenoi is a two floor house 165 sq. m in size and can accommodate 6-8 people. It has three bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, two bathrooms and a WC. The studio is located on a small hill, 300 meters from the beach at the height of a suburb Perivolia. The distance to the centre of the town is 3 km. Description:The perfect choice for a quiet, romantic, island holiday. This is an eco-friendly, traditional village house. It is located on the mountainside of southern Crete, with amazing views of the sea and fantastic beaches only 9 km away. It overlooks the sea beyond a landscape of olive terraces and rock formations. The village, Agios Ioannis, is a beautiful, traditional, remote village with historical ruins. It provides a small taverna with amazing, home-cooked, organic food, coffee, local wine and ‘raki’. Of course, the house is fully-equipped for cooking as well. The house was renovated in 2008 in the traditional architectural style, with mudbrick walls and old wooden beams. It has a beautiful patio with jasmine flowers and other plants in a walled front yard of an old, ruined house. A car is needed to reach the village and move around. Parking of the cars is on the main road from there you need to walk to the house which is only a few steps away, since no cars are allowed in the village. Supermarkets, pharmacies and other amenities are close the beach, exactly 9km away, in Koutsounari. Holidays here can be a rare combination of beaches and mountains. You can walk, bicycle, hike, or drive around the mountains and other small villages. Or, you can choose to lie on the beautiful beaches down the hill, to enjoy the sun and seafood. Description:Our summer house is situated in Nikiti, a hub town on the second peninsula or leg (as we call it) of Halkidiki. It's an ideal place for your summer vacation and very family friendly, as the sea is shallow for some metres and children enjoy it so much. Parents may also leave their children for a while at a couple of kinder-gardens. The town of Nikiti offers a variety of restaurants, gyros places, big supermarkets, banks and numerous shops. Health centre is in Agios Nikolaos, only 11km away. The two stored house is literally 15 metres from seaside it may easily host up to 7 people. There are two bedrooms on the second floor furnished with double beds and drawers.On the same floor is the bathroom that has a washer and a shower. A large luminous attic connected with a wooded stair is above them and is ideal either for kids or a third couple. On the ground floor is the living room with two sofas (2-seater, 3-seater) and the fully functional kitchen. There is also a small WC. Outside next to the kitchen there is a patio where we usually dine and a lovely small garden. Bytina is situated in a valley that is being engulfed between two gigantic mountain tops of Mainalon, and is a busy all year long mountain resort, famous for its very good climate, feta cheese and evergreen fern bee honey. Nestled on Mainalon mountain, at 1,000 meters elevation and geographically at the center of Peloponnesos. Bytina is an authentic, traditional Greek village. Description:The villa is loccated on an amphitheatrical slanted slope, only 90 meters from the sea with a gorgeous 270 degree sea view. It consists of 2 separate apartments: - in the 80 sq. m upper house we encounter 5 steps down from the entrance which has a small living room with fireplace and ensuite open plan kitchen, a bedrooms with a queen size bed, and an ensuite small bathroom chiseled into the rock. The bedroom gives to a large balcony where a stone staircase winds down to the beach, some 90 meters below - these same stairs lead to the downstairs 120 sq m. apartment, via a small inner courtyard. We enter into a hallway giving to the living rom. On its right there is kitchen and WC. Another 10 steps down we encounter a bedrooms that also gives to a balcony. Outside the kitchen, there is a covered outdoor patio with as stone table, an ideal spot for the sunny or windy days to eat out or relax.
