I am located at 3000' ft. elevation on the slope of Haleakala, a 10,000' inactive volcano on the Valley Isle of Hawaii. The view is incredible for sunsets, the valley floor, the mountains, and the coastlines. The North Shore beaches, famous for windsurfing, kiteboarding, and surfing are 30 minutes drive away. Hiking in Haleakala National Park and Polipoli State park is an easy morning outing. Kula is an excellent place to have as a base to explore the rest of everything Maui has to offer.The cottage is tastefully designed as a modern Japanese farmhouse but with all the contemporary amenities.
