So even if you see a cheaper condo in this Hotel by a private owner, it is because their studio is a lot smaller. We own one of the unit and renting it out privately, so this unit does not manage by the Hotel, that's why we can offer the lowest price! The place is in an ideal location, a short walk from Kaimana Beach, Waikiki Beach, Kapahulu, and Kapi'olani Community College, and it is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The rent is $1800/month and includes utilities (water, electricity, and cable internet with wifi -- cable television would be available for a small extra fee, although we get Spike, Comedy Central and A&E for free). The unit has a great front lanai with an outdoor loveseat, table, and chairs (see photo). There is a sweet, low-maintenance outdoor cat that comes with the unit (see photo), and the plants on the patio will need to be watered once a week.
