Description:You're probably wondering why there aren't Airbnb's Verified photos for the apartment, and i'm really sorry about that but that's our summer house and i live very far from the apartment in the other times of the year, so i haven't had time to go there and set an appointment with an Airbnb's photographer to take the pictures. But as much as my word can be worth, you can relax and know that the apartment and the location are real :-D also i invite to take a look to our other properties which have got Verified Photos and have been reviewed incredibly well. So hope this will be useful in making your final decision. Also mind the fact that for the same thing and most of all because i still need the first review for this apartment the price is lowered compared to the real one. This said, let's begin. The apartment belongs to one of the most beautiful Summer Resorts in whole Italy. We call this territory the Italian Maldives for the incredible sea it's got. June is the best period to book cause you will have these unreal waters and beaches all for you. Starting from July Salento starts to get really REALLY jam packed with people. And you can't blame them. Apartment is very silent, relaxing and regenerating. But if you want to go out and have fun there are a lot of restaurants, bars and activities in the near-by area. Not to mention Otranto which is one of the nicest cities of the Region and Lecce which is 30 mins by car away, and its the second biggest city of the region besides being jam packed with Art, History and Beauty. Please check it on the internet. If you want to go out dancing the Resort has got a Djset everynight in the very beautiful Beach Bar near the Resort Beach. But nearby you will feel surprised realizing that there are a lot of very well-known jaw droppingly beautiful Clubs like Bahia, Just, Guendalina, Casablanca, Rio Bo, Quartiere Latino, Praja. La mia villetta si trova a Sellia marina, ridente località che si affaccia sullo splendido mare Jonio, in provincia di Catanzaro, inserita nel Villaggio Rivachiara, oasi di pace e tranquillità in cui case e verde convivono e dove una spiaggia di sabbia finissima e un bosco di eucalipti, lambito da un mare cristallino, fanno di questo luogo quello che tutti sognano per le loro vacanze. Da questo sito si raggiungono comodamente ed in breve tempo località ricche di storia antica come Catan-zaro, Squillace, Roccelletta di Borgia, Cropani, S. Severina, Le Castella, Crotone, oppure incantevoli luoghi come la Sila Piccola, le Serre, la baia di Copanello, Soverato, Catanzaro lido. Il villaggio, d’estate, è peraltro dotato di servizi quali il supermercato, il bar, l’edicola, il Tabacchino, il campo da tennis o calcetto oltre a più stabilimenti balneari dove è possibile pranzare e cenare bene . Altri servizi come la banca, le poste, la farmacia, il mercatino settimanale, ecc. nonché centri commerciali e ipermercati si trovano in paese a un kilometro di distanza. Description:Amazing Pied à Terre near Piazza Trilussa, the heart of the movida in Trastevere! It's an open space with the entrance by the street (it was an old local shop). There is an office area with some chairs, a dinner table, a kitchen corner with a fridge, microwave and electric burners, a tiny toilet with a wc, sink and a shower. At the end there is a loft area, that you can get to from wooden stairs, and you will find a double futon bed near a tiny window by the patio. There is a free Wifi internet connection and free local phone calls. Sheets and towels are included. My place is in the heart of Trastevere near the best restaurants and pizzeria (the famous Il Poeta is 20 metres away). You can have also wonderful walks by the river or crossing the bridge (Ponte Sisto) where you can find Piazza Campo dè Fiori and then Piazza Navona. The other side of the river is full of trendy bars, restaurants, a little market, antique shops and from there all the most important monuments are 5-10 minutes away.
