Abitiamo a 4-6-10 minuti dal centro di Torino con Tram (n.4 ) e Bus ( 46 – 49 –77) che riportano per tutta la Città come al più grande Mercato a cielo aperto europeo di Porta Palazzo con tantissimo banco di frutta e verdura dove tutti vendono i loro prodotti richiamando a gran voce i clienti come nei tempi antichi di una volta … c’è pure anche i banchi dei contadini che vendono i propri prodotti coltivati nella provincia che sono freschi come le verdure ella frutta,le uova ecc. Negozi al coperto di carni bianche di conigli,polli,tacchini maiali,cinghiali e rosse…prosciutti,salami,…Ci sono i banchi dell’abbigliamento…delle scarpe (oggi quasi tutti cinesi) il sabato tutto il giorno gli’altri giorni solo di mattino ( orario :8- 13 ) da non perdere! Sempre vicino c’è la Cattedrale di Torino…Piazza Castello…Palazzo Reale più Museo .. .Piazza San Carlo…con i suoi Caffè del ‘900. Description:Since 1998 our family grows our land by organic agriculture. Our farm consisting of ten hectars of: olive groves, orchard, kitchen garden, pasture and wood lands. The farmhouse is inside in no hunting zone, of very naturalistic importance, rich of wildflowers and wildlife: hares, pheasants, roes, wild boars and many kind of birds. From the house, by paths in the fields, on arrive to Badia di Morrona, ancient monastery of Camaldoli's Friars (XI century). Valleantica is far 12 km. from the thermae of Casciana Terme, is situated in the famous landscape of Tuscan hills, and it is an excellent point of departure to arrive to the most interesting places in Tuscany:Firenze e Siena a 80 km., San Gimignano 50, Pisa e Lucca 40, Volterra 25, Livorno and Thirrenian Coast 30. The farmhouse is divided into two floors: the upper one occuped by the family, the ground floor dedicated to our guests. It is a flat of 70 mq., free from architectural barriers, open all the year. Description:Villa Pavone D is a 30-square-meter (about 323 square feet) apartment which sleeps two people. It features a shared garden and swimming-pool. It is part of an old and small countryside hamlet rich in stone houses, and it is located in the middle of a 120-hectare farm. n nVilla Pavone is in the north of Umbria , close to the famous cities of art such as Siena , Perugia , Assisi , Todi , Spoleto , among others. It is also halfway between Rome and Florence , which are about 200 km (about 124 miles) and 150 km (about 93 miles) from the villa, respectively. n nVilla Pavone D consists of a single room where there is a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. n nThe apartment is equipped with winter heating and parking space. n nThe place n nVilla Pavone is in the middle of a 120-hectare agricultural farm which stretches over a verdant valley at the same height of the secure medieval hamlet of Montone , a small village which is listed as one of the most beautiful hamlets in the world. n nAlmost the whole land of the farm is actually pasture or range, being used to breed cattle of the famous Chianina breed. Cultivations and breeding of animals are developed with organic methods. The old countryside houses have been restored to host guests in small apartments which still keep the simple warm and cozy furnishing style of country homes. n nAt your arrival at the villa, you will notice a group of age-old buildings in grey stones surrounded by the verdant countryside scenery. Porticos and outdoor staircases render the fac3a7ades picturesque. Mountains bikes are available for you to visit the place and surroundings. In the farm, you will also find a lake where you can go fishing and a bocce field. You reach it after climbing a 20-step outdoor staircase. You will enter a spacious room, divided into two areas by a wooden semi-wall. The room features windows overlooking the countryside. n nThe house is furnished in a simple and cozy way, following the typical countryside style of Umbria. There is a large stunning swimming pool (5 x 14m), with spacious terraces, set into the hillside. There is plenty of shade and excellent views of the surrounding area (the views are similar to an infinity pool). There are comfortable sunloungers and chairs and there is a paddling pool for babies. COAST/BEACH Fano beach is about 1 hours drive from the farm and is perfect for families with young children as it is very wide beach with shallow water. The wonderful sandy beaches of Sirolo are only 1 hour 20 mins drive away. Lake Trasimeno (35 min drive) has a life guarded beach and some excellent seafood restaurants. There are 10 traditional Umbrian restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the house. The local restaurants serve typical Umbrian food such as, 'affettati' -plates of superb ham, salami and cheese, simple rustic pasta dishes with 'sugo' or truffles and roast meats and game. The medieval towns of Perugia and Gubbio (20 mins drive away) have some of the best restaurants in Umbria and a lively nightlife. The speciality is rich truffle dishes made with local black and white truffles. Gubbio also has several bars and pubs, which are great fun and rather lively during the summer evenings. The local towns of Ramazano and Casa del Diavolo both have bars, where you can drink into the small hours with the locals. You can walk to both of the bars (5 mins walk), they are both typical Umbrian bars, with beer on tap and a lively banter.
