There is space all around, it is a great area for walking and mountain biking. Trails lead off directly from the house. Town is less than 7k about an hour's walk. There is ample parking. The Granery is about 1k from the SS 72, and 7 k to both Mercatale (small village) and Umbertide (good shopping town) Many lovely hilltowns are within one hour's drive. This is lovely country side, gently rolling hills, and the views from the house which change with the time of day are very pleasing. There is nothing to disturb you here.
