It is isolated (together with 4 other apartments in the same property), but 5 minutes away by car from shops and restaurants. Roads well kept, easy to get there either from nearby villages or highway. You need a car to move around or simply to get to Barberino, from where you can catch buses for Florence and other places if you prefer this option to drive into town. Rent available for week-ends or few days/weeks. Not possible longer than a month. You are in the land of Family Medici, 2 minutes from the highway, 5 minutes from lake Bilancino, 2 minutes away from Barberino village, 2 minutes away from Barberino Outlet Shopping centre with fashion Italian brands, 30 minutes away from Florence.
