The house was completely restored in the year 2005 and equipped by the German owners affectionnately to the part with beautiful antiques. A large roof terrace with external shower and adjacent kitchen permits already to the breakfast a great view into the charmful enviroment. 3 sleep area (1 room equipped with double bed and balcony, 2 rooms with single beds, 1 large living room 45 square meter with balcony, 1 kitchen completly with panorama-glazing and admission to the terrace, 1 bath with shower, wash bassin and WC, 1 WC with wash bassin and washing maschine. Furnished for 2 - 5 person ( 110 square meter ) Casa Vulcano is in the local part Rodi in the middle in the historical center (center storico)at a small hill in the district San Philippo, with view over the whole village up to the sea and the Eoli islands as well as into the surrounding mountain country shank to Tindari (black Madonna). You can live here in the middle among the extremely hospitable and unlocked village inhabitants. The German owner married couple lives directly in the house next door and is available for questions or problems at any time gladly. Rodi -Milici , Messina , Sicilia , Italy Rodi Milici consists 2,200 inhabitants. The local part Milici (3 km is distant and has 800 inhabitants) and Rodi. In the local part Rodi (1.200 inhabitants)is located Casa Vulcano. Both local parts are embedded between the sea and very beautiful mountain country shank in half altitude. The distance to the beaches at the sea amounts to 4-6 km = 5-10 autominutes. The bright sand beach is freely and for everyone accessible, also for children suitable. The mountains at the coast and in the hinterland are marvelous moving areas in original nature. Also bicycle or Mountainbike fans can look forward to wonderful routes. Motorcycle routes on Sicilies are a treat. In Rodi you find everything in the periphery of approx. 300m for the daily need: 2 supermarkets, 3 butcher, baker, 2 Pizzeria/Ristorante, 2 Bars, pharmacy, physicians, post office, hairdresser. Description:Lezzeno is a village 3 km far from Bellagio, wich is the most beautiful village on the lake of Como. The cities of Como and Lecco are 25 km distance, Milano instead is 47 km far. The apartment is composed by one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, one bathroom, a dining room with kitchen. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room, so the total number of people hosted can be 6. The apartment is in the centre of the village, so there is a public parking nearby 2 minute walk to grocery, pharmacy, bank, post office, bus stop and ferryboat. In Lezzeno there are some clubs when you can practice water sports: wakeboarding, water skiing, canoeing there are also some very nice and romantic restaurants where you can eat very good fish of lake and get closer to traditional Italian cuisine in suggestive terraces overloocking the lake. You can also take the ferry and visit all the beautiful village on the shore of the lake. Nature lovers can walks the trails of our beautiful mountains, there is infact a marked route through the woods. Description:Villa Acero Rosso B is an intimate apartment of approximately 45 square meters (approximately 480 square feet) which can accommodate three guests.c2a0 The apartment has a private outdoor space equipped with a barbecue, as well as a large, shared garden with an enthralling view of the lake.c2a0 It is located on the slopes of the promontory of Bellagio , approximately 2 km (one mile) from the center of Bellagio. n nThis small apartment has one double bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. n nThe place n nVilla Acero Rosso is a lovely two-storey house, located on the slopes of the promontory of Bellagio, a 20-minute walk to the center of town and to the ferries. It has been carefully restored by its owners, who reside on the premises and will be discreetly available to assist you, if requested, without invading your privacy. n nNear the house, at approximately 800 meters (half a mile), you will find a few good restaurants, as well as the stop for the bus that goes to Bellagio and to Lecco .c2a0 A grocery store is located in the same area, 800 meters (half a mile) from the villa as well.c2a0 Guests of Villa Acero Rosso enjoy a discount when using the facilities of the nearby Bellagio Sporting Club , a 10 minute walk (approximately one kilometer, 0.6 miles) from the villa, along the characteristic paths that cross the countryside.c2a0 At the Sporting Club you will find a swimming pool, tennis courts, and an exclusive restaurant as well. n nYou will be able to reach Villa Acero Rosso by bus or by car. As the bus stop is approximately 800 meters from the house (half a mile) and taxi service is not always readily available, we recommend having a car to tour the area. However, once you are at the villa you will find that, if you like walking and are not put off by steep uphills, using the buses and the ferries you will be able to reach the many interesting lakeside villages, as well as the towns of Como and Lecco, and their train stations. Private boat trips on the lake can be arranged as well. If you have a car, you will be able to park it at the villa. n nVilla Acero Rossoc2a0 is divided into three apartments, located on the ground floor and on the first floor.c2a0 One of the ground floor apartments is occupied by the owners. They are a lovely Italian family who, upon your arrival, will welcome you and will be happy to point you to the most interesting sights and attractions of the area.c2a0 They will have the greatest respect for your privacy, and you will rarely see them around, unless you go looking for them yourself. The other two apartments, A and B, are available for rental.c2a0 Guests of both apartment A and B will have a private area of the garden reserved for their own use.c2a0 In addition to that, there is also a large and well-kept lawn which is shared, and which offers an amazing view of the hills, the valley, and the lake. This area is equipped with tables, chairs and a ping pong table. n nIf you are bringing a Wi-Fi device you will be able to link to the Wi-Fi broadband Internet connection from your apartment or from the garden. n nThe apartment n nVilla Acero Rosso B is located on the groundc2a0 floor.c2a0 It is furnished in a complete and elegant way.c2a0 You will reach it from the entrance gate of the villa walking across the lawn, towards the back of the building. The area of the garden right in front of the entrance door is reserved for your own exclusive use, and it is equipped with a table with chairs, an umbrella and a barbecue.c2a0 From this area you will be able to enjoy a nice view of the lake and of the hills, while there is no view of the lake from inside. n nYou will enter into the living area of the apartment, where you will find a dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchenette and a divan bed that can sleep one guest.c2a0 The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and other small appliances. The living area has a satellite television with a DVD player. n nFrom the living area you will move ahead to a small access area which leads you to the bathroom and to the bedroom.c2a0 The bedroom has a double bed and a small glass door that overlooks the side of the building, with a view of the garden but meant primarily to bring light into the room.c2a0 The bathroom is nice and it is equipped with a shower as well as with a washing machine. n nNearby tourist attractions n nWhile staying at Villa Acero Rosso you will be in very quiet location, which is an excellent base for day trips throughout the area. Having the owners readily available, if you wish, will help you make the best out of your time on Lake Como . n nYou will be approximately 90 minutes from Lugano, Bergamo and Milan, and roughly 30 minutes from Como and Lecco. The popular attraction of Villa Carlotta, in Tremezzo , will be an easy trip by ferry across the lake, and you will be able to walk to the botanic gardens of Villa Melzi , only roughly one mile away (1.5 km). n nIn the area you will find a wide range of tourist services: fitness center, squash facilities, and mountain bike rentals, a sports club with swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and gym. Water skiing is also available, and there is an 18-hole golf course 30 minutes away. From Chevrio (a 15-minute drive) you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Como. Several cafes and restaurants, as well as shops, are available in the center of Bellagio (a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk). n nBellagio is the most well-known resort of the area, often referred as the pearl of the lake. It lies at the tip of the headland that splits Lake Como 's two branches (the west branch toward the town of Como, and the east branch toward Lecco).
