In the vicinity, you will find famous Tuscan towns including San Gimignano, Monteriggioni , Castellina in Chianti and Volterra . n nIt has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The living room is equipped with a divan bed that can sleep two guests. n nThe house n nUpon your arrival, you will see a simple stone building. The gardens are filled with flowers and mature trees and there is lots of space for relaxing outside on the courtyard terrace area or by the gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. r n r nBalze O, on the ground floor, is simply and comfortably furnished, retaining pretty characteristics of terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining table and chairs and settee (which can convert to a bed on request). There is a pretty double bedroom and a shower room which has been adapted to be suitable for disabled persons. The apartment has an area with table and chairs in the pretty grounds for dining al fresco and there is a barbecue for guests use. Wi Fi internet connection is available, as is a table tennis table and childrens football pitch. Parking is in the grounds close by. r n r nVolterra, just 10km away is a lovely town to explore, it boasts an interesting Etruscan museum, amphitheatre, and many craft shops with local alabaster products for which the town is famous. There is an excellent selection of shops and restaurants and in the summer months the town hosts many wonderful festivals, concerts and fairs. From this lovely location in the heart of the countryside many of Tuscany?s other sights are easily reached. San Gimignano is just half an hour away, and Florence and Siena are lovely days out.
