Description:Come and see if you do not believe me and the pictures taken by photographer air bnb: this site is a corner of paradise on earth, I'm sorry for you if you do not take the opportunity to holiday in a unique place with cost so little.This refined ground floor apartment, which forms part of this wonderful traditional Italian country house, is surrounded by glorious rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and spectacular views. Around the house covers an acre of land fenced in which we created a garden, an olive grove that produces an excellent extra virgin, strictly organic garden and a grove of tall trees. So we can enjoy tomatoes, chard, zucchini, salads of various kinds, peas, beans, broccoli and cauliflower, grapes, strawberries, depending on the season. We also collect from our belowed trees plums, peaches, apricots, apples and walnuts. The tranquil location is a heaven of peace and quiet while at the same time being very close to all amenities offered by the busy market town of Marsciano. The house is located about 12 km from the main road through the centre of Umbria linking Assisi (30 minutes), Perugia (20 minutes), Orvieto (40 minutes), Todi (15 minutes) and Spoleto (50 minutes). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FURTHER DETAILS Normally guests are welcome no earlier than 15 and check out is at 11 o'clock. A welcome pack of wine, water,milk, home made bread and oil extra virgin home produced is provided and the kitchen is supplied with basics such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. We can offer guests some extras that they not find elsewhere such as home cooked meals on arrival or during their stay. In the apartment there is internet access. Just tell us what you would like and we will do our best to provide it ,but first you must arrive... - Accessibility The apartment is on the groundfloor and is suitable for people with mobility problems but not suitable for wheelchairs. - Outside The swimming- pool (12 x 4 meters) is shared with us when we are present and is opened from early May until late September. In the garden near swimming pool there is a gazebo with iron coloured table 4 iron chairs for eating and barbecue. Around swimming-pool there are 4 comfortable sunloungers. Comfortable chairs are available for those who want to read or relax under the shade of trees. Around the property fields, groves of oaks and pines, a stream that forms a small lake, a ring of hills that lead up medieval castles, small villages with their steeples: nature and art. The beloved garden thanks us with a magnificent production of flower: among all the many varieties of roses and peonies. The wood that we planted conteins native tree species such as oaks and holm oaks, fragrant trees such as linden and many others. April is the month in which explode the Umbrian Spring with its blue skies and mild temperatures: it's time to come admiring it and we hope that you take this wonderful opportunity, - Coast/Beach In an hour fourty five you arrive in Ancona, and you're in the middle of the promontory of Mount Conero with its beautiful coastline and beaches where swimming, diving and surfing. In twenty minutes you are on the Trasimeno lake's sandy beaches, where you can practice all water sportses - Golf 20 minutes from Perugia golf club. The Perugia Golf Club is located just 6 km from the center of the Etruscan city of Perugia. The field is a gently undulating par 72, the core of which dates from the late fifties. The club house is made from an old lime kiln, 1921, of which retains the imperious towers, guarding the path reminiscent of the English fields. Description:The apartment is surrounded by the green vineyards of Tuscany in the countryside near Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, under the Pratomagno Mountain, famous for nature, wildlife, little ancient villages, good cuisine and excellent wine. It is part of an old farm house, property of our family, which we have restaured. The house has two apartments (this one and a smaller one for 2-3 people) each with his own entrance. Outside there is a common garden where You can relax during the beautiful Tuscan evenings. The apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends (4-6 people) who have a car and want to do a tour of Tuscany. The apartment is restored in original country style. It 's 100 square meters and consists of: a large living room with sofa and TV, a typical Tuscan kitchen with stove refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs, traditional fireplace, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with wrought iron beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The interiors and furnishings are Tuscan style. Most of the objects and furnishings are from the family. The price is very actractive. We have started our activity recently (in 2011) and we have decided, for 2012, to offer our guests the possibility to stay in a very beautiful and relaxing apartment at a very promotional price. Lavatrice e ferro da stiro. INTERNET GRATIS (Wirlees) senza fili. Abitiamo a 4-6-10 minuti dal centro di Torino con Tram (n.4 ) e Bus ( 46 – 49 –77) che riportano per tutta la Città come al più grande Mercato a cielo aperto europeo di Porta Palazzo con tantissimo banco di frutta e verdura dove tutti vendono i loro prodotti richiamando a gran voce i clienti come nei tempi antichi di una volta … c’è pure anche i banchi dei contadini che vendono i propri prodotti coltivati nella provincia che sono freschi come le verdure ella frutta,le uova ecc. Negozi al coperto di carni bianche di conigli,polli,tacchini maiali,cinghiali e rosse…prosciutti,salami,…Ci sono i banchi dell’abbigliamento…delle scarpe (oggi quasi tutti cinesi) il sabato tutto il giorno gli’altri giorni solo di mattino ( orario :8- 13 ) da non perdere! Sempre vicino c’è la Cattedrale di Torino…Piazza Castello…Palazzo Reale più Museo .. .Piazza San Carlo…con i suoi Caffè del ‘900. La Basilica di Superga e il Colle della Maddalena ( Il Faro) Vicino a Torino si trova la “ Reggia della Venaria “ ( la Versalies ) completamente ristrutturato con diversi Musei al suo interno …oggi il più visitato !…accanto il Parco La Mandria riserva di caccia di Vittorio Emanuele II …km. e km di natura per passeggiare a piedi o in biciclette ( le affittano) tra pascoli..cavalli…cascine… Dalla Stazione di Pota Nuova si arriva con il Tram n.4 in 10/15’ Dalla Stazione di Porta Sussa si arriva con il Pulman 49…46 in 10’ Vicino c’è la Stazione Dora con treni che vanno all’aeroporto di Caselle ogni ora. Sono a vostra disposizione Cartine ,Guide…Itinerari della città e della Provincia di Torino e della Regione Piemonte. a poche centinaia di metri anche l'entrata della tangenziale per poter visitare le bellezze della provincia di Torino e del Piemonte. En los cerros estan La Basílica de Superga y recoriendo la panoramica en la naturalezza de 20 km se llega al Colle della Maddalena ( Eramo - El Faro) A 10 km. esta la “ Reggia di Venaria” que seria el Palacio Real de Venaria (el Versalies) completamente restaurada con varios museos en el interior ...hoy es el más visitado! Alli esta tambièn el Parque La Mandria .. La estancia de caza y del rebaño de Vittorio Emanuele II ... km.y km de naturaleza a pie o en bicicleta (se anquilan) entre el caballo en la pradera ...y granjas de los campesinos ... .. Desde la estación de Porta Nuova se llega a la casa con el tranvía- metro n. 4 en 10’. Desde la estación de Porta Sussa se llega a la casa con el autobús n.49 en 10 ' . Muy cerca se encuentra la estación Dora con trenes que parten y llegan cada hora desde el aeropuerto de Caselle… Turin …Casele….puedo venir a recogerlos a la estaziòn . Los mapas están disponibles, visita guiada de la ciudad ... y la Provincia de Turín y la región del Piamonte. Con el automobil no esta lejos la entrada de la autopista para visitar las bellezas de la provincia de Turín y del Piamonte. Pizzerías de la zona, restaurantes tradicionales Piamonteses y Internacional… ademàs de étnicos (chinos, árabes, peruanos, hindúes) Tiendas de vinos piamonteses d.o.c. (Barolo, Dolcetto.Barbera, Grignolino etc.) Y dulces…el famoso chocolate « Gianduia »! The old farmhouse is situated on a hilltop site with a wonderful view over a great meadow, the old pines trees, (the landmark of the village of Ramazzano) and a wood where youll find tables, chairs and hammocks and barbecues. The property is surrounded by woodland, where you will be able to watch wild animals like deer, foxes, wild boars etc. There are a lot of trekking trips leading to very beautiful spots in the countryside over the hills from 20 minutes up to several hours. Also available a large swimming pool, green spaces equipped with tables and chairs, toys for children, mountain bikes, while in the woods of the property you can walk. and for the most experienced even riding horses. From many years our Family is guests of Caldaruccio Podere La Pineta and continues to live with respect for nature and traditions attached to it. We Cultivate olive trees, grapevines, fruit and vegetables and produce our oil and wine following traditional and ancient methods, available to an orchard and organic garden. There is a large stunning swimming pool (5 x 14m), with spacious terraces, set into the hillside. There is plenty of shade and excellent views of the surrounding area (the views are similar to an infinity pool). There are comfortable sunloungers and chairs and there is a paddling pool for babies. Each accommodation has private terraces with shade. Each terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. There are well established herb and flowers gardens that surround the property. Bikes are available to borrow. There are 15 acres of farm, woodland and countryside to enjoy while staying with us. The unspoilt countryside is abundant with wildlife. Deer, wild boar, porcupines, hares, eagles, lizards and a wide variety of birds frequently roam the land. COAST/BEACH Fano beach is about 1 hours drive from the farm and is perfect for families with young children as it is very wide beach with shallow water. The wonderful sandy beaches of Sirolo are only 1 hour 20 mins drive away. Lake Trasimeno (35 min drive) has a life guarded beach and some excellent seafood restaurants. SPECIAL INTEREST HOLIDAYS We are open all year round, You can walk to the two local villages of Ramazzano (4 mins), Casa del Diavolo (10 mins) and surrounding the farm there are miles of stunning open countryside, perfect for walking, climbing, painting and cycling. Ryan Air fly at least once a day into Ancona from London Stanstead and 3 times a week from Perugia. Rome airport is only a 2 hour drive from the house. You could also fly into Bologna Forli airport with Ryan Air, making the drive to the house is less than 2.0 hours. Pisa airport is about 2.5 hours drive away and Easy Jet, among other airlines, flies to Pisa. DISTANCES Umbria is the undiscovered heart of Italy. It is rich in art and history as well as landscape. There is a great variety of sculpture, painting, architecture, and religious heritage to explore. Gubbi One of most beautiful, well preserved medieval towns in Italy (20 mins). Perugia: The regional capital, home to Umbrian art (15 mins). Assisi: Most visited place in Italy, birthplace of St Francis (30 mins). Spell Pretty hill top town (30 mins) Cortona Spoleto Orvieto Todi Arezzo Siena (45 mins) FURTHER DETAILS There are also many other restaurants in the area surrounding our property. There are 10 traditional Umbrian restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the house. The local restaurants serve typical Umbrian food such as, 'affettati' -plates of superb ham, salami and cheese, simple rustic pasta dishes with 'sugo' or truffles and roast meats and game. The medieval towns of Perugia and Gubbio (20 mins drive away) have some of the best restaurants in Umbria and a lively nightlife. The speciality is rich truffle dishes made with local black and white truffles. Gubbio also has several bars and pubs, which are great fun and rather lively during the summer evenings. The local towns of Ramazano and Casa del Diavolo both have bars, where you can drink into the small hours with the locals. You can walk to both of the bars (5 mins walk), they are both typical Umbrian bars, with beer on tap and a lively banter.
