Description:Villa Scannagallo B is an elegant apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. It is appoximately 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. n nYou will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Pozzo della Chiana , where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet). n nVilla Scannagallo B is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through a garden and has no stairway steps. n nYou will not need a car to stay at Villa Scannagallo B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. n nVilla Scannagallo is an ancient villa in the Valdichiana valley of Tuscany , very near to the major cities of art. The villa is surrounded by a park of olive-trees in which there is the swimming pool. You will also find a volleyball field. n nThis country house is situated on a hill that is covered by olive-trees and it is right next to Marciano della Chiana , a town that thanks to its castle and tower dominates the valley. n nUntil few years ago the villa represented the heart of a wide farm, then, a recent and accurate restoration turned it into a comfortable holiday house, divided into six apartments. Villa Scannagallo is surrounded by a park where the many green wide spaces are furnished with garden pieces of furniture. The swimming pool of the park is among the flourishing foliage of the olive-trees and it is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds. The furniture of the apartments, which is comfortable, is high in quality and style. The apartments are all independent and the whole complex can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests. n nThe owners of the Villa Scannagallo recently decided to restore the villa and to give it new life by turning it into an ideal place where to spend your holidays. There you can live completely immersed in the green of Tuscany, far from stress and traffic in order to enjoy endless moments of authentic relax. n nMrs. Antonietta, the real soul of this restoration, will personally welcome you in her estate upon your arrival. Should you need information on what to visit, on cellars', visits, on spas, on walking tours, on how to go on an excursion by bicycle, or on any other sport, just ask the family and they will be glad to help you. n nThe swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the olive grove. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. n nThe garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playgrounds. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. n nYou will be able to reach the laundry room from the main entrance hall. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry with the other guests staying at the complex. n nThe living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a fireplace made of bricks, that can be used to barbecue. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. n nYou will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the countryside. n nThe bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Description:Borgo Santa Maria in Valle,Arezzo,Laterina,Tuscany The holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farm, set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate,where farmers grew tobacco.The house has recently acquired the status of historical building. This is an area worth exploring. IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE FARMHOUSE, in this case we can host up to 20 adults ( babies are accepted but not counted) The compound is composed of one cottage (4 2) and 3 apartments :for2/9 people. Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its private garden and equipped terrace.2 bedrooms, spacious separate kitchen,large living room with double sofa bed, normal sofa, armchair.....french windows opening onto the garden,bathroom /shower. The farm is surrounded by a large fenced garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 8 x 12 meters swimming pool. the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished ,all provided with TV sat,DVD and their own heating system. Simple but comfortable they have everything is needed to make guests feel at home.Laundry room with washing machine and iron ( ironing board) ,vacuum cleaner available for common use.
