Abitiamo a 4-6-10 minuti dal centro di Torino con Tram (n.4 ) e Bus ( 46 – 49 –77) che riportano per tutta la Città come al più grande Mercato a cielo aperto europeo di Porta Palazzo con tantissimo banco di frutta e verdura dove tutti vendono i loro prodotti richiamando a gran voce i clienti come nei tempi antichi di una volta … c’è pure anche i banchi dei contadini che vendono i propri prodotti coltivati nella provincia che sono freschi come le verdure ella frutta,le uova ecc. Negozi al coperto di carni bianche di conigli,polli,tacchini maiali,cinghiali e rosse…prosciutti,salami,…Ci sono i banchi dell’abbigliamento…delle scarpe (oggi quasi tutti cinesi) il sabato tutto il giorno gli’altri giorni solo di mattino ( orario :8- 13 ) da non perdere! Sempre vicino c’è la Cattedrale di Torino…Piazza Castello…Palazzo Reale più Museo .. .Piazza San Carlo…con i suoi Caffè del ‘900. Alli esta tambièn el Parque La Mandria .. La estancia de caza y del rebaño de Vittorio Emanuele II ... km.y km de naturaleza a pie o en bicicleta (se anquilan) entre el caballo en la pradera ...y granjas de los campesinos ... .. Desde la estación de Porta Nuova se llega a la casa con el tranvía- metro n. 4 en 10’. Desde la estación de Porta Sussa se llega a la casa con el autobús n.49 en 10 ' . Muy cerca se encuentra la estación Dora con trenes que parten y llegan cada hora desde el aeropuerto de Caselle… Turin …Casele….puedo venir a recogerlos a la estaziòn . Los mapas están disponibles, visita guiada de la ciudad ... y la Provincia de Turín y la región del Piamonte. Con el automobil no esta lejos la entrada de la autopista para visitar las bellezas de la provincia de Turín y del Piamonte. Description:The old baglio (farm house) is located on a beautiful bank close to Trapani. It overlooks an olive plantation, a soft river valley and the mediterranean sea with the Egadi Islands. Surrounded by olive trees and a newly planted garden the remote estate is the perfect place where to relax and finding inspirations by watching astonishing sunsets There are three spacious studios for two people (max.5) and one big apartment for four people (max.7). In the last years the baglio had been caringly renovated. Through a big archway you enter the yard, from where you get to the studios and apartments. The proprietary, Ms. Mauro spends her holidays on the estate herself. The ground floor studios look northward to Mount Erice and have one big open living/dining room with a kitchenette and a bedroom on the gallery upstairs. On the other, the south-western side of the building lies the spacious two-story apartment. The three ground floor studios have big doors opening to a field with the bold Mount Erice in the background. Looking north you survey a newly planted garden, olive and palm trees. The tyrrhenian sea with the three Egadi Islands lies west. Inside the studios you take the wooden stairs up to the gallery - the bedroom with a big double bed. Downstairs there is a new kitchen, equipped with gas stove, stone finished sink and a fridge. You will find pots, plates, cutlery and everything you need to do your own cooking. There is a sofa and a daybed, where a up to three more persons can sleep if needed. The recently built bathrooms have modern sanitary accessories. The old baglio was renovated in 2007 and is furnished tastefully. With its high ceilings the apartment is very spacious. Kitchen, dinigroom and living room all are connected to make one big living area. The two bedrooms, one up- one downstairs, are situated in the tower-like part in the centre of the building. There are two bathrooms. It's all there: a big sofa and a stereo. Lots of space in the dinig room. The kitchen is fully equipped. with fridge, a gas stove and everything to do your own cooking. You will find garden furniture for the big terrace. (At the moment the terrace is lacking the flagstones.) In the bathroom downstairs, there is a big bathtub. Upstairs, there is an other smaller bathroom with shower.. You have a king size bed in the bedroom upstairs, in the second big bedroom there are the stairs. It is a Durchgangszimmer. The old baglio has been recently renovated and furnished tastefully. Directions Arrival by car: At the Palermo airport take the autostrada A29 towards Trapani. Past Alcamo ouest turn right (highway A29dir.) Shortly after the exit Dattilo the highway bifurcates. Drive left towards Marsala. Take the exit Marausa an turn right towards Trapani. Past Marausa you cross a river valley and arrive at the village of Palma. Turn left at the traffic lights, drive towards the sea and follow the road until you see a railroad crossing. Take the road before that crossing, and turn left. After 100m turn left again. You have arrived. Prices Studio for two persons: 80 EUR per night. For each additional bed we charge 10 EUR. Description:Since 1998 our family grows our land by organic agriculture. Our farm consisting of ten hectars of: olive groves, orchard, kitchen garden, pasture and wood lands. The farmhouse is inside in no hunting zone, of very naturalistic importance, rich of wildflowers and wildlife: hares, pheasants, roes, wild boars and many kind of birds. From the house, by paths in the fields, on arrive to Badia di Morrona, ancient monastery of Camaldoli's Friars (XI century). Valleantica is far 12 km. from the thermae of Casciana Terme, is situated in the famous landscape of Tuscan hills, and it is an excellent point of departure to arrive to the most interesting places in Tuscany:Firenze e Siena a 80 km., San Gimignano 50, Pisa e Lucca 40, Volterra 25, Livorno and Thirrenian Coast 30. The farmhouse is divided into two floors: the upper one occuped by the family, the ground floor dedicated to our guests. It is a flat of 70 mq., free from architectural barriers, open all the year. It consists of a large kitchen-stay with fireplace, two double rooms, four beds, large bathroom, wide outer space with pergola. The structure can host up to 4 guests, is possible to add two beds more. All the rooms are complete with eating, and wood for the cozy fireplace is provided. Description:Comignano country-house Comignano country house was in ‘800 and in ‘900 a wonderful agricultural farm that produced fruits for the whole Mugello valley. It was built, in late 1700, with a functional project: to build it at the bottom of a natural basin. The reason for this was to let carts, loaded with agricultural products, reach the house going downhill, with less effort for men and animals. The farm building, following customs of the period, was started after a meticulous watching of the place by masons who were used to choosing the best place to build, through careful thought, after having slept there some nights in winter and summer. Territorial plentiful waters are free from any contamination and reach the country house by a spring and an artesian well. The water coming from the well has beneficial diuretic effects, coming directly from the taps to drink. Following farmer’s customs, there is also a rainwater harvesting of 20.000 liters. In uncultivated areas you can find, amidst the natural vegetation, ancient fruit trees that bear record to times when those places were intensively cultivated. You can find them along the stream Lora that marks the boundary of what remains of a big farm that in the beginning of 1900 extended for hundreds of hectares. During the second half of 1900, the abandonment of agricultural work towards industry, led to the degradation of this agricultural land. At the end of the second world war, in 1943 the house was blasted leaving intact the only loft that has now been recovered and restructured. The blasted house was rebuilt in the same place but with a new and different shape and in the ’50s lodged a rural school in part of it. It has been lived in by farmers until 1980 and then put on sale in the ’90s when we bought it. The abandonment of agriculture and the consequent absence of chemical treatments, has helped the preservation of rich and full fauna environment, as much as the presence of insects that are their food source. Now we use part of the arable land as orchard, part as kitchen garden, but the most part is left on loan to the neighbouring sheep breeding (that you can also reach afoot, pictures on the slide show) where you can buy very good cheese and fresh ricotta, made by sheep’s milk grazing under your eyes.... more info >>

Description:In the harmonic land of the enchanted hills and the blue mountains, steeped in greenery and cared-for in every detail is to be found ‘Il Salino’, a country house for those who wish to relax and regenerate in blissful peace. The Salino Country House which has been renovated with expertise is to be found in the midst of the green hills of the Marche region, and situated in the county of Contro at about 3 km from Gualdo ( 650 metres above sea-level), a medieval town in the province of Macerata and part of the ‘Comunità Montana dei Monti Azzurri’ ( The Mountain Community of the Blue Mountains). The farmhouse, from which there is a beautiful view of the countryside, stands on a strip of land of approximately one hectare, on a hillside that runs gently down to the stream named ‘Salino’, from which the property takes it’s name. The construction, which provides every comfort, is composed of the farmhouse and an annex with a swimming pool, able to sleep 15 people in a mini apartment, a one-room flat and four rooms, as well as a communal living area composed of a polyvalent lounge, a dining-room and a kitchen. Also included are a large garden, a car park and an olive grove. The ‘Salino’ Country House is essentially composed of: -> the farm house: an expert eye will see that it was built in various stages from the end of the 1800’s onwards. The farmhouse, built on two floors, is built in sandstone, and has been renovated exclusively using natural building materials that respect the local traditions. The first floor is made up of a tv lounge come reading-room, four finely furnished rooms, each with its own bathroom, heating, safe deposit box, tv and every comfort. The ground floor, apart from the independent one-room flat, provides the communal living space: a polyvalent lounge, a dining-room, a professional kitchen and an entrance hall, all finely furnished and fully equipped. The grape room is a one-room flat with a kitchenette and an angle bar with a fridge, and apart from the bedroom there is a bathroom, heating, a safe deposit box and every comfort -> the annex: originally a barn and a pigsty, this has been transformed into the House of Hay and Sun (“La casetta del sole e del fieno”) a few metres away from the farmhouse, completely independent and composed of a two-room mini-apartment with fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom and pantry, to sleep four people in maximum comfort -> the swimming pool: built into the hillside and thus sheltered, it has a panoramic view (5 x 10 mt) -> Outdoors: there are the garden and the car park outlined by a sandstone perimeter, and including many olive trees, benches, tables, chairs and deck-chairs.
