Description:THE HOUSE: Would you like to spend a wonderful week in complete relaxation in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany? Our villa is what you are looking for.Located in one of the most beautiful tuscan landscapes, it is an enchantingly renovated old country house set on the hillside near the little town of Palaia (Pisa) and surrounded by a marvellous natural fresco where flowers, olives and vineyards are some of the main subjects. The accommodation is completely furnished in a rustic way, with traditional floors and nice wooden beam-ceilings. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen/dining room complete with oven, big wooden dining table, a large hob, freezer and fridge. The sitting room, where you can relax by the fire on two comfortable sofas and listen to some good music, is carefully furnished and communicates with the dining room. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a roomy shower, basin, w.c. and bidet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (or twin beds), excellent wardrobe and TV and the second with a double bed (or twin beds), TV and DVD as well. Every little detail has been chosen with much care and interest. From our property guests may reach every interesting historical city or important seaside resorts in more or less one hour. The estate, completely isolated from noise and pollution of towns, is ideal for those who look for relax and privacy. The house is equipped with all the modern facilities to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. There is nothing more to say now it is time to see our house with your own eyes! TIPS: Palaia is a very small village which has a gorgeous country around.It is definetly a good base to visit the beauties of Tuscany,living at the same time to relax of an uncontaminated environment.Only 15 mins by car and you are in Pontedera,small city but with lots of nice bars,pubs and restaurant as well as a lot of activities such as tennis,swimming pools,football and so on.If you want to visit the Dome,the Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio in Florence(the cradle of Renaissance)you can go either by car(1h20)or by train from Pontedera(50mins).One day you could go to Pisa and lay in the sun on the grass of Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower in front of you(50 mins by car or 15 mins with the train from Pontedera).You cannot miss Siena with his marvellous Piazza del Campo which in August changes in a Horse race for the Palio.Moreover the location is well related with famous wine itineraries and it is for example very nice to drive along the road to San Gimignano,which passes through hills and valleys,and along which many farms produce and sell their own olive oil and wine for competitive prices.Lucca and Viareggio are also easily reachable.We will be very happy to give information’s about place where to go and good restaurants!... more info >>

Description:Come and see if you do not believe me and the pictures taken by photographer air bnb: this site is a corner of paradise on earth, I'm sorry for you if you do not take the opportunity to holiday in a unique place with cost so little.This refined ground floor apartment, which forms part of this wonderful traditional Italian country house, is surrounded by glorious rolling hills, olive groves, vineyards and spectacular views. Around the house covers an acre of land fenced in which we created a garden, an olive grove that produces an excellent extra virgin, strictly organic garden and a grove of tall trees. So we can enjoy tomatoes, chard, zucchini, salads of various kinds, peas, beans, broccoli and cauliflower, grapes, strawberries, depending on the season. We also collect from our belowed trees plums, peaches, apricots, apples and walnuts. The tranquil location is a heaven of peace and quiet while at the same time being very close to all amenities offered by the busy market town of Marsciano. The house is located about 12 km from the main road through the centre of Umbria linking Assisi (30 minutes), Perugia (20 minutes), Orvieto (40 minutes), Todi (15 minutes) and Spoleto (50 minutes). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ FURTHER DETAILS Normally guests are welcome no earlier than 15 and check out is at 11 o'clock. A welcome pack of wine, water,milk, home made bread and oil extra virgin home produced is provided and the kitchen is supplied with basics such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. We can offer guests some extras that they not find elsewhere such as home cooked meals on arrival or during their stay. Just tell us what you would like and we will do our best to provide it ,but first you must arrive... - Accessibility The apartment is on the groundfloor and is suitable for people with mobility problems but not suitable for wheelchairs. - Outside The swimming- pool (12 x 4 meters) is shared with us when we are present and is opened from early May until late September. In the garden near swimming pool there is a gazebo with iron coloured table 4 iron chairs for eating and barbecue. Around swimming-pool there are 4 comfortable sunloungers. Comfortable chairs are available for those who want to read or relax under the shade of trees. In twenty minutes you are on the Trasimeno lake's sandy beaches, where you can practice all water sportses - Golf 20 minutes from Perugia golf club. The Perugia Golf Club is located just 6 km from the center of the Etruscan city of Perugia. The field is a gently undulating par 72, the core of which dates from the late fifties. Description:In the harmonic land of the enchanted hills and the blue mountains, steeped in greenery and cared-for in every detail is to be found ‘Il Salino’, a country house for those who wish to relax and regenerate in blissful peace. The Salino Country House which has been renovated with expertise is to be found in the midst of the green hills of the Marche region, and situated in the county of Contro at about 3 km from Gualdo ( 650 metres above sea-level), a medieval town in the province of Macerata and part of the ‘Comunità Montana dei Monti Azzurri’ ( The Mountain Community of the Blue Mountains). The farmhouse, from which there is a beautiful view of the countryside, stands on a strip of land of approximately one hectare, on a hillside that runs gently down to the stream named ‘Salino’, from which the property takes it’s name. The construction, which provides every comfort, is composed of the farmhouse and an annex with a swimming pool, able to sleep 15 people in a mini apartment, a one-room flat and four rooms, as well as a communal living area composed of a polyvalent lounge, a dining-room and a kitchen. Also included are a large garden, a car park and an olive grove. The ‘Salino’ Country House is essentially composed of: -> the farm house: an expert eye will see that it was built in various stages from the end of the 1800’s onwards. The farmhouse, built on two floors, is built in sandstone, and has been renovated exclusively using natural building materials that respect the local traditions.
