Description:Casa Prospero E is a graceful apartment surrounded by the vegetation. It sleeps four people. From Casa Prospero E you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the garden and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Prospero E is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating. n nYou will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Iesa Palazzo , where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). n nCasa Prospero E is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse. n nTo stay at Casa Prospero E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. n nThe Casa Prospero Apartments are part of an old hamlet dating back to the seventeenth century. The hamlet was once used as a shelter for the shepherds and the farmers who worked in the properties. The hamlet is made by several rural homes that, although they have all been renovated, preserve the typical character of the old walled country houses. n nThe hamlet is located in a beautiful position, surrounded by the greenery, with a splendid view on Mount Amiata and the Ombrone Valley. n nIn the farmhouse you will find an infinity pool, a football pitch, a volley court and you will be able to play archery, table-tennis and billiards. n nThe hamlet belongs to a large farm which occupies about 1300 hectares of land. Located in the Basso Merse Oasis, the farm is surrounded by the green Sienese hills. There are several farmouses in this large farm, five of which have been renovated and have now become holiday homes. n nWhile staying in the farm, you might come across a few species of wild animals like: wild boars, deers, foxes, porcupines, roes who go to drink in the river Farma or in the river Merse, flowing in these lands. n nIn the farm, you will also find a restaurant, a church dedicated to Saint Philip and Saint James, riding stables where you can rent a horse for beautiful tours and an office where you can rent bikes. n nWalking up along River Farma you could reach the natural baths of Petriolo where you can relax in therapeutic waters. n nIn the farm, about 750 hecatres of land are used as a shooting ground. There are also some fenced areas where some local vanishing species are bred in the wild such as the Maremmana cows, the Cinta Senese pigs and the Maremmana Boars. In the restaurant of the farm, you will be able to taste traditional dishes made with the meat deriving from these breeding. n nYou will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a stairway which consists of approximately ten steps. The pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 21 meters (70 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a gorgeous view of the Valley.
