Description:THE HOUSE: Would you like to spend a wonderful week in complete relaxation in the picturesque countryside of Tuscany? Our villa is what you are looking for.Located in one of the most beautiful tuscan landscapes, it is an enchantingly renovated old country house set on the hillside near the little town of Palaia (Pisa) and surrounded by a marvellous natural fresco where flowers, olives and vineyards are some of the main subjects. The accommodation is completely furnished in a rustic way, with traditional floors and nice wooden beam-ceilings. On the ground floor you can find the kitchen/dining room complete with oven, big wooden dining table, a large hob, freezer and fridge. The sitting room, where you can relax by the fire on two comfortable sofas and listen to some good music, is carefully furnished and communicates with the dining room. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a roomy shower, basin, w.c. and bidet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (or twin beds), excellent wardrobe and TV and the second with a double bed (or twin beds), TV and DVD as well. Every little detail has been chosen with much care and interest. From our property guests may reach every interesting historical city or important seaside resorts in more or less one hour. The estate, completely isolated from noise and pollution of towns, is ideal for those who look for relax and privacy. The house is equipped with all the modern facilities to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. There is nothing more to say now it is time to see our house with your own eyes! TIPS: Palaia is a very small village which has a gorgeous country around.It is definetly a good base to visit the beauties of Tuscany,living at the same time to relax of an uncontaminated environment.Only 15 mins by car and you are in Pontedera,small city but with lots of nice bars,pubs and restaurant as well as a lot of activities such as tennis,swimming pools,football and so on.If you want to visit the Dome,the Uffizi or Ponte Vecchio in Florence(the cradle of Renaissance)you can go either by car(1h20)or by train from Pontedera(50mins).One day you could go to Pisa and lay in the sun on the grass of Piazza dei Miracoli with the famous Leaning Tower in front of you(50 mins by car or 15 mins with the train from Pontedera).You cannot miss Siena with his marvellous Piazza del Campo which in August changes in a Horse race for the Palio.Moreover the location is well related with famous wine itineraries and it is for example very nice to drive along the road to San Gimignano,which passes through hills and valleys,and along which many farms produce and sell their own olive oil and wine for competitive prices.Lucca and Viareggio are also easily reachable.We will be very happy to give information’s about place where to go and good restaurants!... more info >>

Description:The apartment is surrounded by the green vineyards of Tuscany in the countryside near Castiglion Fibocchi, Arezzo, under the Pratomagno Mountain, famous for nature, wildlife, little ancient villages, good cuisine and excellent wine. It is part of an old farm house, property of our family, which we have restaured. The house has two apartments (this one and a smaller one for 2-3 people) each with his own entrance. Outside there is a common garden where You can relax during the beautiful Tuscan evenings. The apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends (4-6 people) who have a car and want to do a tour of Tuscany. The apartment is restored in original country style. It 's 100 square meters and consists of: a large living room with sofa and TV, a typical Tuscan kitchen with stove refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs, traditional fireplace, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with wrought iron beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The interiors and furnishings are Tuscan style. Most of the objects and furnishings are from the family. The price is very actractive. We have started our activity recently (in 2011) and we have decided, for 2012, to offer our guests the possibility to stay in a very beautiful and relaxing apartment at a very promotional price. Linen and towels are included in the price and will be changed once per week. With an agreement, We offer a swimming pool service, around 2 km from the apartment, to only 5 euro/day (adult), 2,5 euro/day kids (3-12 years) and free for little baby (under 3 years). The location of the apartment is very central and allows to reach easily: Arezzo (12 km) where You can visit the beautiful Pieve (Romanesque church) and the church of San Francesco with the frescoes of Piero della Francesca, the beautiful village of Loro Ciuffenna, Florence (65 km) with all its monuments, museums and the famous Ponte Vecchio, Siena (60 km) and all the Chianti area (40 km), the medieval town of Anghiari (30 km), Casentino area (20-30 km) with its extensive woodlands and beautiful restored historical buildings, including many castles and abbeys and Cortona (40 km), with his etruscan sites. Lake Trasimeno is another wonderful place for sports and relax. Abitiamo a 4-6-10 minuti dal centro di Torino con Tram (n.4 ) e Bus ( 46 – 49 –77) che riportano per tutta la Città come al più grande Mercato a cielo aperto europeo di Porta Palazzo con tantissimo banco di frutta e verdura dove tutti vendono i loro prodotti richiamando a gran voce i clienti come nei tempi antichi di una volta … c’è pure anche i banchi dei contadini che vendono i propri prodotti coltivati nella provincia che sono freschi come le verdure ella frutta,le uova ecc. Negozi al coperto di carni bianche di conigli,polli,tacchini maiali,cinghiali e rosse…prosciutti,salami,…Ci sono i banchi dell’abbigliamento…delle scarpe (oggi quasi tutti cinesi) il sabato tutto il giorno gli’altri giorni solo di mattino ( orario :8- 13 ) da non perdere! Sempre vicino c’è la Cattedrale di Torino…Piazza Castello…Palazzo Reale più Museo .. .Piazza San Carlo…con i suoi Caffè del ‘900. La Mole Antoneliana ( la Torre Effiel di Torino) prendendo il Museo del l’ascensore ha la bella vista di tutta la Città….al suo interno trovi il Museo del Cinema !!! La Basilica di Superga e il Colle della Maddalena ( Il Faro) Vicino a Torino si trova la “ Reggia della Venaria “ ( la Versalies ) completamente ristrutturato con diversi Musei al suo interno …oggi il più visitato !…accanto il Parco La Mandria riserva di caccia di Vittorio Emanuele II …km. e km di natura per passeggiare a piedi o in biciclette ( le affittano) tra pascoli..cavalli…cascine… Dalla Stazione di Pota Nuova si arriva con il Tram n.4 in 10/15’ Dalla Stazione di Porta Sussa si arriva con il Pulman 49…46 in 10’ Vicino c’è la Stazione Dora con treni che vanno all’aeroporto di Caselle ogni ora. Sono a vostra disposizione Cartine ,Guide…Itinerari della città e della Provincia di Torino e della Regione Piemonte. a poche centinaia di metri anche l'entrata della tangenziale per poter visitare le bellezze della provincia di Torino e del Piemonte. Muy cerca se encuentra la estación Dora con trenes que parten y llegan cada hora desde el aeropuerto de Caselle… Turin …Casele….puedo venir a recogerlos a la estaziòn . Con el automobil no esta lejos la entrada de la autopista para visitar las bellezas de la provincia de Turín y del Piamonte. Lucca town is a 10 km/ 6 miles drive away from the house. The distance to Pisa airport is approx. 35 km, whereas Florence city its famous walls enclose a place that can be walked or cycled with ease yet remains full of secrets. Lucca one of Italy's finest medieval treasures, the centre is unspoilt and is sprinkled with palazzi, towers and almost countless splendid churches. The accommodation comprises of a good size lounge with sofa and dining areas, leading into a 'living' kitchen with original fireplace from where you can reach the main bedroom and bathroom across a small corridor. The lounge includes a large double pull out bed as well as a settee. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The large double-bedroom is furnished with wooden interiors. The kitchen is fully fitted.. Bed linen and towels are provided. The Lucca apartment was totally renovated and refurnished during the last winter and all interiors are new and in perfect condition, giving the apartment a fresh and clean feeling. Description:The old baglio (farm house) is located on a beautiful bank close to Trapani. It overlooks an olive plantation, a soft river valley and the mediterranean sea with the Egadi Islands. Surrounded by olive trees and a newly planted garden the remote estate is the perfect place where to relax and finding inspirations by watching astonishing sunsets There are three spacious studios for two people (max.5) and one big apartment for four people (max.7). In the last years the baglio had been caringly renovated. Through a big archway you enter the yard, from where you get to the studios and apartments. The proprietary, Ms. Mauro spends her holidays on the estate herself. The ground floor studios look northward to Mount Erice and have one big open living/dining room with a kitchenette and a bedroom on the gallery upstairs. On the other, the south-western side of the building lies the spacious two-story apartment. The three ground floor studios have big doors opening to a field with the bold Mount Erice in the background. Looking north you survey a newly planted garden, olive and palm trees. The tyrrhenian sea with the three Egadi Islands lies west. Inside the studios you take the wooden stairs up to the gallery - the bedroom with a big double bed.
