Description:Molino le Gualchiere (The Mill) is an old mill just below the medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna, facing the Chianti hills perfect for weddings and groups. nMolino 3 small buildings have been restored traditionally, creating five attractive apartments in and around the main house , with form 1 to 3 bedrooms each. nSituated in the characteristically beautiful Tuscan country side the farm borders on the Ciuffenna River and produces wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetables. nWe transferred from a big city 20 years ago to experience a different life and we like to share with our guest the beauty of of Tuscany and its countryside. nWe have now joined forces with a local organisation which cares for partially disabled young people, mainly affected by Down's Syndrome, in a venture which will enable these young people to help in the daily work of the Molino. This will give them the opportunity to experience not only the the rural activities of a small estate, but also of helping to look after guests in the apartments. Activities will be jointly planned and supervised, and all rental income from the guests will be wholly used to support and further the work of the association. nThe a partments are fully furnished and equipped for selfcatering and have different sizes from 1 to 3 bedrooms. n nThe Mill amenities include : n- swimming pool with jacuzzi corner n- sauna and mini-gym nTennis courts and horse riding available at short driving distances. nFast internet connection available in the Office. nACCOMODATIONS nWhile the accommodations are unique to each lodging, they all possess characteristic charm. nAll apartments have hot water and independent heating. nPadronale - Sleeps 6 (7 with extra bed) nHas two floors above ground level. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and shower en suite and one with twin beds), one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, ample traditional kitchen with beamed ceiling, stone sink and fireplace, spacious living room with open fireplace. Big partially covered terrace. nOn the 2nd floor: a large bedroom with double bed, large window with view over the property, dressing room with bathroom en suite with shower. nLa Casetta - Located on the 1st floor. Description:These singular precious agritourism on the hills of Pisa offer a farmhouse with 5 apartments for up to 2/4/9 people each and a villa for up to 10/14 people. The whole villa La Valle can also be rented for large groups of 22 6 guests. The farmhouse features a private panoramic swimming pool (9x18) open from the end of May to the end of September, and in the mild weather of summer the marine breeze in the evening invites you to sit and sip your favourite drink on the poolside. 20 metres away from the farm house there is a spacious room which can be used for tasting shows, dinners and exhibitions or it can make an additional kitchen when large groups are hosted.
