The furniture was carefully selected from antique markets and dealers and different colours were used for each room in order to create a warm and cosy atmosphere, while including all comforts such as air conditioning, LCD TV, safe and drinks fridge. All the spacious ensuite bathrooms have hair dryer and magnifier mirror. From the windows you can admire a wonderful view of the courtyard, a vigorous park of an old, antique villa and the suggestive and relaxing flowing of the Brenta River, giving you a real sense of peace and rest. Five rooms are been extracted from which originally was the shed and the barn of the main building, getting the atmosphere more suggestive and bucolic.... more info >>

The apartment is situated inside a little galleria with tiny shops and cute little restaurants. The galleria is privately gated, open during the day for the public and closed during the evening. The apartment provides air conditioning/heating. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, and one living room and kitchen. It includes a sofa bed in the living room in case you have friends over. Its located on the second floor and the entrance to the apartment is private not connected to another building. I hope this description of the apartment helps in any way. The only thing I do warn you is the bathroom. Its um…hmm…how do I say it? Tight! I don’t understand how and why this bathroom was made to be this way, but I guess Italians have their own ways of doing things back in the days. You can take a look at it from the photo, all the rest is fine. As for the basic necessities, there are two main supermarkets close by, as well as a post office, farmacy and main bus stops that lead you to and from the Santa Maria train station and other parts of Florence. Description:APRIL 27 -> MAY 3: SPECIAL OFFER The villa is situated in the center of the coast of the Gulf of Castellammare, and is close to all the most beautiful natural areas. It is 3 km from the long sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, a half hour from Zingaro natural reserve and from Scopello. In half an hour you can get a free source of natural sulfur thermal water, and a wellness thermal center. The apartment is located in a typical Sicilian countryside and is within a large fenced area full of olive trees that come up in contact with the house. There are many different fruit trees, also. The house consists of a kitchen, bathroom, single bedroom, one double and, also, one large room with separate entrance, which can be used as a double bedroom or as living room. Outside is a large open space in the covered porches or trees to stay immersed in nature. There is an outbuilding with kitchen on the veranda, wood oven, barbecue and shower. Guided excursions on donkeys along rural paths to reach the medieval castle of Calatubo. In 10 minutes you arrive to a Carrefour supermarket, to a big bar and to the entrance of the motorway. In less than an hour to get to Palermo, Trapani (cheap Ryanair flights from all over Europe) and Mazara del Vallo. In 15 minutes you reach Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo Balestrate. The villa has a covered parking. Pets are welcome. In the area there are numerous ongoing activities such as caving and scuba diving course. One can also rent small boats.... more info >>
